Update 5/8/19: Tonight I was craving some yummy china mex, I call them up and a girl answers, I say hello can I place an order for delivery? I then get an extremely rude laugh and she says ummm no sorry! I go no what? (Very confused) Umm no we aren’t doing deliveries. I surprisingly said oh ok well what time do you start deliveries? (thinking to myself they did just open for dinner almost an hour ago, but maybe they have a time frame for deliveries?) she snarks and does the same laugh says whenever we get a driver and hangs up on me! I was still in complete shock when my husband walks through the room and clearly saw the look on my face. He asks what’s wrong and I told him what had just happened, and he goes ok baby let me put this away and I’ll call. He knew exactly what was going on and he was having none of it because we got our kids excited for Chinese! He comes back and calls the place and asks to get a order delivered and what do you know? The girl happily takes his order! Unfortunately I wasn’t surprised but VERY annoyed! The fact that the pull of the opposite sex is SOOO relevant, this is not new or news to us, but the fact that little girls playing games because a kind voiced other woman is calling, and she has SO little self control over her own ridiculous insecurities that she blatantly will lie and lose her place of work an order STILL didn’t stop her foolish act?!? Scares me that she’s capable of things way beyond lying over deliveries! But the moment I told my husband that she laughed, is when he said he knew exactly what she was doing! In hind sight...we should of never called back and ordered food! We will forever be boycotting this place all thanks to the lying laughing liar answering the phones. China mex I hope you take care of the issue because you definitely lost customers and many others I will tell this story to!
Hands-down the best fillet mignon and shrimp hibachi I have ever eaten! I wife and I loved the mid rare cut and fried rice so much that we had to order it a second night in a row! The cooks here know what they are doing when somebody orders a steak cooked a specific way! Great prices great food! 10...
Read moreIf your gonna eat from this place make sure to go in. Don’t ever order for pick up through the apps that they have “available” Customer service at the front door is a joke. It’ll be a miracle if she answers the phone without an attitude. Or even if she answers the phone. I ordered my food online through grub and as soon as I walk in they text that my order was cancelled. Instead of the cashier saying, hey I’m sorry to hear that they canceled the order because we failed to take it off our website due to it not working correctly, I’ll put in your order and rush it since it is lunch time. Nope she told me “yeah they canceled your order so we couldnt make it” (understandable). So I had to tell her after an awkward moment of silence , “ok we’ll let me place an order to go.” The cashier had the audacity to tell it was going to take about 45min to an hour. So I drove across town for nothing and for ugly customer service. Can’t order for delivery although you can place it and when the driver goes for it they won’t hand them the food because they don’t have the CC with them. That’s happens to me more than once. Great food but that girl in the front has no customer service skills. Waitresses are spectacular. Go in and eat!!! Don’t place an order to go or through the apps. The never update the menus for that day. The main website always say that they out of the soups you go on and they have them. Last time they posted something on their facebook page was in 12/22. You think they would keep their customers informed of what apps to use if they are not...
Read moreWe frequent this establishment quite a bit, but the last takeout visit could have put myself or any other peanut allergic individual in a scary situation. I got home and opened MY dish and right on top were peanuts, I always ask if it has peanuts, if so I NEVER order it. I asked my friend if in fact they were peanuts, she replied YES! I called and spoke to the assistant manager on duty. He quickly said it was a new chef and that THE manager was out of town. He promptly apologized and offered to personally remake my dish. I told him if my allergy were a bit more severe I could have had a SERIOUS outcome. I reluctantly took him up on his offer. When I arrived I requested that my dish be made in a clean pan, that hadn't been used with peanuts, I also asked if I had to open it to double check it. He assured me that I wouldn't need to. I went on home and emptied the contents to double check...no peanuts. Mistakes like this could and have killed others in other areas of the USA. Check your food before consumption. It will be a long time before I go back...but I will one day. I...
