The place is neat! First timers and the experience was rather not so great. I ordered a fideo con Pollo and the chicken used for it took the flavor away from the fideo. I will not order that from the menu again. Hubby ordered chilaquiles and nopales with egg he loved it. The chocolate caliente is very good. Our order came with tortillas so we ordered the tortillas de harina they were quick to bring those out but my chicken fideo soup took a while so my tortillas got cold. I asked for some hot ones and the lady serving us ordered them from the kitchen but when they were ready another server took them and placed them at another table. Our server went to check up on them and they had to heat up another 2 tortillas, and a different server brought them to our table. When she brought them they looked like they had been splattered with chorizo or caldo some sort of red stuff. I ate the outside of them instead to avoid whatever red stuff it was, but was not happy at all. My husband spoke up and let our server know, but she just said "oh they probably didn't clean the grill to heat up the tortillas" (spanish speaking) and then walked away. Not sure if we will be going again after that experience. Everything...

I arrived not much parking so I thought it would be a pleasant experience. It wasn't. Took a while to be seated (party of 1). Took quite a bit longer to be waited on. From the time I walked in the door to when food was on the table was 45 minutes. Food arrived room temperature. Beef fajitas were chewy and I could not eat it in taco form and I proceeded to get a headache so I swallowed the pieces whole. That's all I ate. The rice and beans were disgusting. Also the fajitas tasted bad also like the meat was going bad. All the food was very salty. The waitress never came back after she took my order . So I didn't get refill. The cook or bus boy person brought me the food. Oh and my tummy had the bubblies soon after. Keep in mind I am not sensitive. So good luck to those of you who are. The plate was $22. I gave the counter $30 and they kept the rest as tip. I was just like okay whatever I don't have time for this and walked out. My lunch break was supposed to be an hour. Total it took 1 hour 30 minutes. 10 out of 10 sucked. Do not recommend to anyone anytime ever. What a shame the place was kinda cute too. Presentation was nice though. If you want to look at food and not eat it, that's the...

People, pay close ATTENTION to where you go eat, after going with family for brunch you can see that the waiters pick and choose who to serve First!!! We sat at the table and it took waiter over 20 minutes to even approach our table, they ignored us till I asked one of the waiters if they could take our drink order. She took our drink order and took another 10 minutes, then I just told her that we wanted a to go order cause it was taking too long, by this time I should have just left! Buttttt... We figured it shouldn't take long for 4 aguas frescas and 2 fideo soups, well it took, over 30 minutes for That!!!! And $60 dollars later!!!!!! Sorry doesn't Cut if for what customers are Experiencing at these Restaurants, if the prices are going up atleast treat the customers with dignity. Besides the Aguas weren't even authentic, pretty much water and...

I had the pleasure of stopping by Cafe San Blas during a recent business trip, and it truly did not disappoint. I opted for the chilaquiles de rancho paired with cafe de olla, and let me tell you, it was out of this world. The flavors were incredibly fresh, vibrant, and authentic, definitely one of the best breakfast dishes I’ve had in a long time. What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff was exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and made the experience even more enjoyable. It’s not often that both food and service exceed expectations, but this place nailed both. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town, and I highly recommend Cafe San Blas to anyone looking for a top-tier breakfast spot!
