Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Odessa

My order was messed up as I wanted a large Mixing Bowl Mashup blizzard, but they charged and gave me a small blizzard. This makes no sense as every item I ordered was a large size so I am not sure why the person who took my order made it a small. I noticed this mistake as I was driving away from the drive through into the street. I turned around and went back immediately. I parked my car and went inside with my order to get it fixed. The only reason I did not notice the mistake sooner is because the screen for the order was not working properly and did not show anything of my order. It just said something of the line of "order here." Also, when I went to pay, no one verified what my exact order was. I was just told the price to pay.

The woman I talked to inside looked at my recipt and said that I could not return the small blizzard as I already paid for it. I would have to pay for a large blizzard (which I ended up doing as I wanted a large blizzard of the Mash Up) if I wanted it and was stuck with an item I did not want. She did not let me get a refund or pay the difference from small to large size. This is ridiculous as I understand that returning food is not allowed, but it could have been thrown out as it was the store's mistake, or I could have kept it since it would...

Ok so my husband and i came to this dairy queen yesterday we just recently moved up here and was wanting to try the dq and see if it was any good.... we order find a place to sit and not longer after our food is out and we can eat. The messed up thing is that they screwed up our order. We didnt say anying or go up to the counter, we assumed it was just one of those long days and didnt think much about it. We go back today and my husband is Allergic to onions keep that in mind. So we order the samething we had yesterday thinking no big deal its a simple order shouldnt be any errors.. well thank god i checked my husbands burger along with mine and they put onions on it aftwr he said no onions...... thanks dq for trying to send my husband to the ER because yall are to lazy and more worried about your social life to not pay attention. Food was fine. I ordered from Natalie who was bubbly and smiles my husband ordered a best burger but also wanted to add on jalitos and extra meat we didn't receive those 2 items so I took back to counter to explain and the manager looked at burger her name was Angie or ang from what I was told and she tended to argue with me that I got the best burger and all the add on when I said what wasn't added what we ordered she said yeah but u got everything replied to say no he wanted thos and I never got receipt she looked back on order was very rude and argumentative about it when all reality should of just been ok sorry paid and fixed.
