It may be unusual for anyone not from the South, but an all iced tea establishment is the place I never knew I always wanted. I believe the first location opened in 09, with others popping up across the state-and nation. The basics: there's 3-4 sizes of cups in both plastic and foam, over a dozen flavors in both sweet and unsweet not counting limited editions. My favorite: Blueberry Green Sweet. You can add orange, lime and lemon slices at no charge. Some locations are also offering coffee too. They sell premade gallons to go, along with half gallons and mini gallons. I'll be honest, it's not cheap. Their "Huuuge" plastic cup clocks in at about $4.25 or so after tax. A gallon will run you about $6. They do offer a Happy Hour from 2-4 where all cups are half off. Also, sign up for their loyalty program to earn points/drips with every purchase that can be spent on free gallons of discounts. Drive in is usually quick, but go inside for free samples and to see a fairly extensive selection of YETI products and chips/candy. Overall, highly...
Read moreLiterally the worst management ever. Sheâs super rude and couldnât just fix my order for me on Christmas Eve because they messed up my order and then closed right after. I get it you wanna be home with your family on Christmas Eve but all the machines were still running and it was their mistake that they messed up my order. This is why they say be kind during the holidays because even small things like this can ruin someones Christmas Eve. They also stopped serving gallons and the employee who served me said simply because the manager âtold her to stopâ. Which tells me they still had gallons on hand but she didnât want to have to make any. I left the store feeling pretty upset. I spend MORE THEN enough money a week here that I feel like I deserve my order fixed for me on Christmas Eve after getting told I canât buy a gallon. All it was, was a splash of peach ginger in my tea I would have even payed if needed. I will in all my power find somewhere else to take my business after this. MERRY...
Read moreI will start by saying that i have been a customer of Htea0 since only midland had a store, i drink it every day and i visit one of the odessa stores atleast three times a week. I am lucky enough to live on the east side of odessa and that allows me to visit usually only the east side two stores. Eight times out of ten the experience at the two east side stores is pleasent and the tea tastes good. UNFORTUNATLY every now and again i find my self on the west side of odessa. Dredful place and the west side Htea0 fits right in. Every time i have visited the west side store i get nothing but bad attitude from the employees. It truly feels like im a jerk for bothering them. How dare i expect these teenagers to take their attention away from their phones for even an instant. Truly sad. I know that every store is independatly owned so I only hold this store accountable. Terrible service...if you can...
