I definitely recommend this location, because the first time I return the truck to this location, very kind lady's name Kelly she is very nice and professional handling customer needs and she is very hard working with each truck return and she making sure each truck inside is clean and ready to rent out. When I see her outstanding customer service, we decided to move our personal belongings to this location for storage. We are very happy with the clean facility and her professionalism. Is very hard to find a place like this location, I'm from Cooper city in Florida,, after I move out to Florida to Odessa TX is another world and other environment for me. But Kelly always very present to handle every concern or problem. She is very sharp what she does. Because my husband move out thr items from the storage last week, but they already know, because they do check every unit if everything is ok, if is something wrong, they will inform you. But my husband didn't inform the office that he moving out to another city, but they already know the next day after he move out. I didn't have a chance to called until today and Kelly already aware, but my husband is a truck driver and busy schedule didn't answer the calls. Lol.... Kelly is awesome...

The equipment is good their service is not there. I went to pickup our trailer and one attendant for the the long line of customers, once I got my trailer I was told to go outside and they would be waiting for me, got tired of waiting after 10-15mins located my own trailer, hooked up my own trailer, then went and got the new general manager to come take pictures of the trailer before leaving, he said the new guy must have forgotten about you. While customer behind me got their equipment and left before I did. We had to call and extend our rental and were told that we needed to take the trailer back that day because it was reserved a month ago by another family and we would need to pay for that families moving rental then came back and said we would be charged an extra $10. (We were two states away, he was rude on the phone because we needed to extend our time) Then we had a blowout and had to wait 2 hours because their Demming tire tech hadn’t been answering his phone for a week. U-Box actually arrived early. I paid U-Haul for a 3rd party delivery and unload. I contacted movers to get my box ASAP. This was on Saturday and they were able to get it on Monday. U-Haul said the box would be ready for them at Noon Monday. When they arrived they were told there was no record of the Monday promise. I was unable to reach the location and left messages, no one called me. I called toll free number and they just made excuses. Finally the movers said they were promised to have it ready for 9AM Tuesday. Movers were there at 9AM and box was not ready. I reached the loc. on my 3rd attempt to call them and was told they would load it immediately. It was finally done at nearly 10:30AM. The movers said this was not the 1st time they had trouble...
