Keith's Hamburger Station — Restaurant in Odessa

Went at 9 at night order the steak fingers their famous steak fingers which I love when I go during the day when they're busy was served me and my wife both got two plates and they were cold the steak fingers were cold to the touch I told the waitress about it and she went and got the manager and they got my plate and took it to the back and came back with it within like a minute maybe two and had refried my steak fingers they were greasy and Tuff I told the manager she said that they were fresh but she would make us another batch but we had already been waiting for this long and she already tried to pull the wool over my eyes so I was like no thank you I'll come during the day when y'all are busy I was going to call Keith or whoever the owner isn't telling her but I just was like wow they lost $30 that night so all I got to say is don't go when it's fixing to closer you know 8 cuz there's like ready to turn...

The Steak Fingers are worth the visit (ordering togo, get an extra gravy). The environment is decently kept. The staff has always been friendly for as long as I can remember. I've got only one complaint as far as the quality of their burger patties. As much as they are, I feel that they could definitely invest in some better quality patties. Twice now I've gotten a burger that had small pieces of bone within the meat. I understand that this is not their fault but it is when they buy wholesale patties from the less quality counter instead of investing a slight bit to have the top quality (bone debris free) patties. That second one got me and now unfortunately I must go have the dentist examine how badly my molar is broken. I personally think I'm going somewhere that doesn't overcharge for some dangerous wholesale product. Ps. The chocolate cake and the pumpkin cake... both...

I’ve been wanting to try them for awhile and it didn’t meet the hipe. I ordered the chicken fried steak combo with onion rings and dr.pepper no ice. So today was the day I could finally try it. It was a disappointment, the onion rings was the best part of the meal. The chicken fried steak was tuff and pulled away from the breading and had to wait until I got home (Andrews) to eat it! The drink was small and didn’t stay cool for the ride. I’ve gotten drinks for years no ice and they make it driving around without ice and it wasn’t even hot outside. Needless to say I won’t be going back. Evaluate the attachments and make your own decision. Well I don’t see a place to add attachments to your review. I’ll post separately.
