I literally just left from there and I specifically told them when making my order if they could put a little more cheese, then what they did the night before because it was a bean and cheese burrito and it barely had any cheese so whenever I got my order, the queso Was damn near half way filled and it was a large at that! The bean and cheese burrito was all open in the bag with the beans spilling out and there was hardly any cheese so I told the young lady she saw me pull it out of the bag exactly how it was and I told her about. The young lady in the window was a sweetheart the whole time. She brought it back to me and then there was Hella cheese and a smudge of beans in the burritos. I specifically asked for my money back for that burrito , and one of the ladies wearing all black tall Hispanic lady curly black hair had a nasty attitude demanding me to pull around to the front and they’ll bring me out my refund and I told her I’m right here at the window I’m not fixing to wait for y’all to give me a refund whenever y’all can give it to me right here. she got pissed, threw the receipt down and walked off. The young man that said he was the manager name Kayden intervenes and try to hurry and give me a refund. I asked for a corporate number he went to the back to try to get it. I’m assuming came back and asked for my name and my phone number and told me that the manager that was in there he back Was going to give me a call back but they didn’t want to give me Corperate’s number. I asked why is it that y’all can’t just provide me with corporates number? Even continue to tell me that they’re not giving it to me……I’ve been told several times that I’m gonna be upset or I’m not gonna like Roses café on 8th st in Odessa Tx because they’re not professional when it comes to their food. They have bad customer service manager to the employees. I don’t like believing peoples word because all I am doing is just trying to get food for her to feed me and my child, but it seems that couldn’t even happen Tonight. I will never understand if you are not a peoples person stay out of customer service if you don’t know how to conduct yourself professionally and do well with customer service and general stay out of restaurants, please cause you deal with peoples food and then that’s whenever people don’t trust them dealing with their food once an issue has been...
Read moreTo start, I waited almost 10 minutes before placing my order in the drive through. There was only 4 cars there when I arrived. I get to the speaker and was told "hold on" then nothing for another 4-5 minutes. I placed my order and was told "ok". He never Repeated my order or even told me a price. Nothing just "ok". I proceed to the window, the guy says my total so low I had to ask him to repeat it. When I did get my Order. I double checked it for accuracy. And notice there was no salsa, so I asked for it. As I am about to drive away from the window, two employees are bent over picking up plastic bowls from the ground in which they had dropped everywhere and carried them back into the restaurant. Rather than throwing them in the dumpster that was closer to them than the restaurant door.. I get home to find a 1/2. A bag of chips when I ordered a large, half cup of salsa, no cheese but a pinch on two of my burritos, queso very watery, and i'm just extremely unhappy with the level of customer service that I did not receive today. Completely disgusted by the fact that those bowls will be used. And I seen him on the ground and just upset about the way your employees are talking to their customers like i'm their homeboy. Not to mention, I went to a different restaurant, but also a bobby cox location earlier today and had issues there, as well as far as wait time and lack of customer service. Overall, the Bobby Cox companies have really...
Read moreIf you're from this area then you already know about Rosa's, so I will write this review for those of you reading that aren't from here. Rosa's is quintessential Tex-Mex. I repeat, Rosa's is Tex-Mex and is not real Mexican food. That said, Rosa's is excellent Tex-Mex and is pretty much the gold standard around here.
It's a fast food style restaurant and one of the few fast food places that sells some popular brands of beer. They have a drive-thru or you can dine in. There's no wait staff so don't worry about tipping. There are no TV's so don't expect to be able to watch "the game." It is a family friendly atmosphere that is very popular with all kinds of people in this area. Great food, good service, lively, and welcoming. My only gripe is a personal preference: I'm not a fan of their beef fajita meat. It's got good flavor, but is usually too tough for my taste, so in my case I would get the chicken fajitas as those are quite tasty. They make tortillas in house that are pretty good as well, and they sell them by themselves so you can pick some up to take home and make your own fajitas or whatever else you like. They are definitely better than store bought tortillas.
All in all it's a good place to try out and is a staple with the local population and frequent...
