Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Odessa

Ordered $50 in food for my kids. They was hungry after going to the park so I picked up some sonic, thinking it was convenient….got home and they only put the sides in the bag. All 3 kids are now crying because they want to eat and is ready to eat. I have to put them all back in their car seat and turn back around to get the burger portion since we was only given sides. It’s my fault I didn’t check the bag but you would have thought everything is in the bag if it was brought out to you. Not to mention the burger that was received was cold and by the time we got home everything was cold. Took few bites and threw it in the trash. This the 2nd time this location messed up on my order. Like how do you forgot to give someone the main portion of the meal? Not to mention this location card reader didn’t work and they had to bring my card inside to pay for the meal. That was kinda weird . Anything could have happen while my card was not in my possession. Won’t be coming back to this...

I placed an order for a breakfast burrito then asked will the burrito look the same as the display on the menu board and the answer was YES but when my order arrived the eggs was Square and the sausage was whole the bacon was in Strips and the burrito was greasy😡And had no flavor NASTY FOOD! I had to pay a medical bill at lunch today...at a place that regularly screws up my account. I have to pay in person to make sure my account is credited and I don't get sent to collections. It is stressfull. So on the day I pay this bill, I treat myself to Sonic and stress eat delicious fast food in my car. The Sonic on 8th has great service and the ladies who work the lunch shift are really nice. Today, I had the #5 Bacon Cheeseburger Toaster. It even had an onion ring in it! I rounded lunch out with tots and a Sprite. Eating my feelings of powerlessness and frustration was so satisfying. But I had to hang out of my window to reach the order button.
