I just left here trying to sell or pawn my firearm', the manager made me feel like such a criminal as soon as she knew I was there to sell she grabbed my weapons took them to the back which is fine. Then she finally came to me and because I don’t know much about any of my weapons but how to shoot them at the gun range, (I don’t count my bullets and my husband usually loads for me) I had to ask my husband. Also it was one 9mm when I have 4 in my name(who remembers all that). She said she assumed it wasn’t mine. I even told her my husband was outside in the car with our kids. He’s the one who is more into details. I have never felt like a criminal until today. Also being 8 months pregnant did not help my emotions. I have done business with multiple ez pawns but never again! Don’t bring any business here! Came here to say definitely take your business to big Tex pawn! Great experience and definitely understanding when I didn’t know how many bullets my gun...

I don't know who these new ppl are but they don't stand a chance against Liz and Leah, Lilly, they were always amazing and helped me out when I needed it. I've been paying on all my items for almost a year and I've been going here for 4 years and I've always paid and got out what i needed when i could. Now that i bring in another item, which I was quoted to receive 150 over the phone and I only got 70, yeah that's not okay. The lady I had to deal with today was very unprofessional she didn't want to do her job or anything. She just wanted to rush me and she also thought it was funny how she offered 70 dollars, Yeah that's not happening. Just wait until I call the manager and the bbb cause I deserve better. And so do all the other customers. They need to rehire some better employees. And fire the ones who are there now. All these bad reviews should tell...
