Spoke to at least 6 different people about the coupon not working on my phone for a free order of beignets. Not a big deal, but my experience was unacceptable. I even called ahead of time before placing my order.
I ordered curbside, and it had a set promise ready time. I get there, check in on the app, and wait 10 min and no one came out to my car. I went inside, and waited 5 min to be helped. One of my plates was done. The other one hadn’t been started on, they said 5 min.
15 min later I got someone else to grab my order. I asked for a manager several times. Finally someone came, she said it should process the refund for the $5.
It did not. So I called a few days later, spoke to another manager and he took my card number down and everything. Still no refund.
I also had to go back inside because they forgot ALL of my sauces, almost knowingly. When I started to repeat the sauces, she finished my sentence with the rest of them. I just feel like she knew and didn’t put them in there on purpose.
My food was not ready until almost an hour after placing my online order. We had two plates and the order of beignets. That was it. Just overall a frustrating and disappointing experience. I still to this day have no received my refund.
Oh, and there was no seating at the “to-go” area, because they had rugs and mats and cleaning supplies taking over the entire booth.
The last time we came here, the service was so bad I had to go to the bar myself from our table and get our drinks. We never got helped, and now that being over a year ago I figured we could give them another chance.
The food was soggy and had been sitting, so yeah a waste of time and money. Why offer curbside if you can’t get workers that will do their job.
One lady even said she would get the manager for me, but she was super busy. I was understanding. Then she proceeded to talk to the cooks for at least 5 min straight and just drink her Red Bull. When she came back to the kitchen, she realized she forgot to ask for the manager.

Read moreTwo drinks ordered, both were incomplete. Mad Mary did not have the toppings. Tiki Rumbull was missing garnish. We ordered an app, 2 entrees for dine in, and a salad and entree to go. App delivered, and we didn’t see our waitress for close to 15 minutes to refill drinks. She was actually sitting with guests on the floor. Silverware was delivered after entrees made it to the table. No silverware and no apps plates delivered with the app. We had to use our fingers.
Shrimp and grits, and glazed salmon were ordered for dine in. The grits and shrimp were served to me cold. Grits were thickened and lumps. Salmon was warm(ish) the green beans were so cold, the butter congealed.
When I saw our waitress I told her the issue. She took both plates back and returned to inform us they were correcting the issue and a manager would be bringing out the corrected dishes. He did.. and asked us to check the temperature. Everything was very hot. But there was no other conversation with him.. not impressed..
The correction was to reheat both dishes. I’m guessing under a salamander. Then reserved. So the grits were like sandpaper because they had been cooked, cooked, and then rapidly reheated. Any KM should know this.
After being disappointed beyond repair, I asked the waitress to bring to-go plates so we could leave. She tried to reconcile the issue with a sincere apology. It was appreciated but we all know that was not her job. Where was the floor manager. The entire time I was in the building, not one table touch was made. No manager tried to speak to us. The manager that did deliver our food didn’t see to care at all.
There was no discount on the items whatsoever. To make it worse, the salad I ordered “to-go” was already dressed.. Why? I opened the box this morning to take to work, and I had a clamshell full of drenched, wilted lettuce.
