Waited in line for 20 minutes. When I stepped up to place my order. The lady turned around and walked off. Not saying a word. I waited another 10 minutes. When she returned. She hollered out, that they were not taking any more orders. Till they filled all the orders they had. Again she turned to walk off. I had to holler at her, to get her to stop and look at me. I asked, how long did she think that would take. She turned and started to walk off again. When the lady behind me. In a raised voice said. Hey lady, he asked you a question. She looked at us as if we had just crapped on the floor. And said it would be at least 45 minutes before they may take a order if any. And there are plenty other places to eat if we didn't like it. They don't care about you. All they want is your money. All I wanted, was one of their frostys. The 2nd time I went there. They took my order and then made me wait 21 minutes, before I finally asked, how long did it take to make a large frosty. They tried saying I hadn't placed a order. Even after showing them my receipt. It took getting the manager out there to get my money back. And that took 37 minutes. I have not returned and now, none of the people I work with, goes there. I try to stop anyone I hear or know of, that plans to go there. It is a terrible...
Read moreI'm actually a bit upset. Me and my mom went around lunch time and ordered a good amount of food, and when we had gotten home, we noticed our large fries were missing. So my mom called off of my phone, and maybe we got the name wrong, but we spoke to a Claudia and left our name to pick up the fries later, since we live across town. We went back to Wendy's after 3 the exact same day, and the same woman who gave us our order, answered the window saying we had the wrong Wendy's and was giving us a hard time about some $3 fries and made us talk to the manager. Even then, after explaining our order and situation again, he looked like he didn't believe us either. Why would we go in the drive-thru for "free" fries when we had paid for them. Like, why would we lie about that? So here's the receipt of our order that we DID NOT lie about, and the same number we called to with the time on it, which was NOT the wrong Wendy's we called to. Read moreI had the most awful service experience. I had just got inside and 4 people were already in front of me. As I’m waiting, the workers in there are just talking. 3 minutes later they leave and no one is attending us. So this lady rings the bell and still no one. Then she yells “hello is it closed. Can someone help us” still no one and there’s a total of 5-6 workers. About 10 minutes later someone finally comes up and helps us. But she’s giving us an ugly look and she looks like a manager so me and the 2 people in front of me leave. No one in there was multitasking. At a fast food restaurant you have to multitask. I hope who ever is the owner or the top boss can fix these issues. As I’m reading other people’s reviews. Someone needs to fix these...
