I used to love eating here as of 04/23/2020 11:30am. After my meal, a condition in my stomach developed which led to vomiting and severe cramping in the following hours. I spoke to a female manager who assured me the Temps were ok. I then spoke to a regional manager who told me the same. The fact that this was they're biggest concern is what upset me most and is why I am here.
I made a call to them as a courtesy to warn the public of what I was experiencing. I personally think that was most important at the moment. I was not looking for a handout of any sort nor did I impose that on any level. I make good money where I work & pay for my own personal health insurance.
I suffered through the end of my work day, and took the following day off of work. I was fortunate that my doctor was able to FaceTime and perscribe my medication for me without having to go into a hospital and further risk my health by being exposed to any other illnesses. I would rate the pain in my stomach to that of sciatica. I vomited until my skin began to hemorrhage. It was excruciating. I will never eat there again because of this experience or any other affiliated business to Arby's.
In case you are wondering, I had a Reuben.
Frankly, the deminishing presentation of their food over the past year should have been a clue that something bad was to follow.
I will seek compensation for my lost wages, pain and suffering, and any medical bills incurred. When you treat a long time customer like they're in the wrong, you've broken your cardinal rule in service. Truely, a dish served cold. (cold
Read moreTried again. What a joke! Went inside Sunday 5:45pm, to order only the employees were all gathered behind the prep line having a conversation. A couple times an employee glanced at me, but after 5 minutes I gave up and attracted the attention of one of the employees and asked they let the shift manager know that a frustrated customer just left for lack of service. I couldn’t be more confused by this stores lack of hospitality - I’m really not sure how they remain in business.
If you arrive when they are busy, plan on a LONG wait. Inside orders are like second class citizens - they concentrate entirely on filling all drive thru orders first. You can watch your sandwich sit for 10 minutes getting cold before they start to assemble your order. They don’t start preparing any sides until all sandwiches are first prepared. Creating further delays. Annoyed with myself every time I am dumb enough to go back. But I am learning. Will be fewer and further between....
To the owner: I filled out the Arby's survey - you should know that Google makes it nearly impossible for me to see what the full URL is. I submitted the same frustrated perspectives to your company URL - not sure why you want the same on...
Read moreThey must of been short handed or someone didn't know how to run the place. As soon as I pulled up. I heard her tell the other car. It will be a few minutes. Then she said wait a few minutes please to me. I waited 5. She took 2 orders at a time. When I pulled up in line, I heard her tell the third car to wait a few minutes please. They were not busy. 3 cars in front of me and one waiting to place a order. I go to Arby's 3 or 5 times a week. I get a 10% discount. When I told her at the window. She closed the window and was rude. Like it was a problem to take 10% off. She is a manager and not a good one. Ended up waiting 13 minutes to get my food. Makes me not want to go when she is working. We love Arby's. Just wish they had good help. The teenager's are great. They know me by voice and tell me the price with my discount before I get to the window. This is not the only time she has been working when I came threw. Seems like she can't handle her job. Also 2 car's left cause they didn't want to wait. Just thought you should know. Don't know her name. She is loosing...
