Belleria Pizza & Italian Restaurant Austintown — Restaurant in Ohio

Ordered dinner baked fish and broccoli/rigatoni and chicken. We waited an hour and a half for delivery. When I called to find out where our order was, I was told they went to the wrong address twice. When the food was finally here it was ice cold.

I called and spoke to the manager who was very ,very rude. He did offer to make us fresh food. We waited approximately 50 minutes for this one to arrive. I went out to get the food and the delivery driver was definitely very upset. She said thank you, I am probably getting fired for writing down the wrong street, you know there is another bellaria by you. She than proceeded to say that the manager told her I spelled my address when I called in. She said you know what never mind i will be quiting.

We brought the food in it was cold, not presentable and was disgusting. We are now hungry and out $30.00. Both sets of dinners went to the trash disgusting. Will not...

John was very rude! He was very unprofessional, and he talk to me as if he didn’t care one bit about losing a customer, or word-of-mouth that he was very disrespectful! He hung up on me twice, and he said he had better things to do than to help me resolve the issue that we were having. The third time that I call back he let the phone ring until young lady answered and help me out! I was a regular customer, and ordered from there all the time. I will NEVER go back there, have told all my friends not to go there anymore, and I put this on every social media...

The food isn't bad, however the service you receive varies from day to day. I've been there several times and each time is a different experience. One time, I had wonderful service. The employee was pleasant and friendly. Another time I've been, to echo another review on here, it seemed as if I was bothering them by ordering food. One of my coworkers went into the store one time to order food and the employee told him she was busy. The food isn't bad for the price; however, I have not returned because of the service. I hope...
