Starbucks — Restaurant in Ohio

I got a Hot Venti Veranda with 2 pumps sugar cookie, 1 pump vanilla syrup, and a mocha sauce coating, barista cocoa sprinkles, and cinnamon sprinkles, with a splash of coconut milk and it tastes like an antique shop and I'm in love. I also got a toasted everything bagel with avocado sauce and that was excellent. It all came to under 10$ which I had from a gift card. It is expensive in comparison to buying the items from the store, but there's added quality, a richness in ingredients and taste, and the fact I dont have to make it myself. This order was entirely vegan, which is generally hard to accomplish because there Are many sneaky non vegan options. I enjoyed this breakfast very much and I wish I could get it more often, but I go to work before they open. Let me start by saying the staff was super friendly….

That being said, the drinks were AWFUL, a glass of milk with a hint of coffee, ZERO CINNAMON DOLCE FLAVOR, and to boot we stopped right before getting on the road for a trip. Th phone incessantly rings busy so there is no getting in touch with anyone to get the order fixed when we return OR a refund. I have to drive around with the old drinks in my car for several hours to prove we didn’t drink them so they don’t think we are looking to scam them...

Most of the times I've been here, the baristas have been kind and quick. I wish more customers knew to order online so pickup could be quicker. It's annoying that the drive thru is constructed to lock you in as soon as you pull in, so if you do drive thru, you'd better be committed, even if the lady two cars ahead needs twenty minutes to figure out her latte customizations. You'll have no way of changing your mind and walking up to the window for your pickup...
