Burger King — Restaurant in Ohio

I ordered through the BK app, paid, drove (about 5 minutes drive) to the store and up to the window rather than wait in line, as I had been instructed previously by an employee to. A manager, I assume, came to the window and instructed me I had to come to the speaker box because (and this is where it makes 0 sense) "they won't have my order until I pull up to the speaker" 🤔

So I waited another 5-7 minutes for my food, and my fries were barely above room temperature and the burger was barely any warmer. Not sure if it's poor management or lack of wits, but either way, it's not a good look. After all, what's the point in ordering and paying ahead of time if you have to essentially wait around and give them my order...

Well the drive thru was backed up due to 2 kids working the window wothout supervison. I had to get the manager due to them giving me a small bag and saying have a nice day. When i know i ordered more than that bag could hold. Manger comes to the window with a. Attitude i tell her whats going on. She throws everything that was made sitting there and left. So thanx for the extra free food. And causing a bigger issue for the cars behind me.. I would personally not go back to this location. Good...

This location had a new crew working from the manager to the girl working the counter. They rang our order wrong and overcharged, then when we requested a correction it took 25 minutes to get that done by the manager. The girl working the counter was helping other people on the mean time and paying no attention. A woman asked for marinara and the girl gave her another sauce and when corrected by the woman the worker said oh well they are both red, PAY ATTENTION!!!! Just not a...
