I ordered through the BK app, paid, drove (about 5 minutes drive) to the store and up to the window rather than wait in line, as I had been instructed previously by an employee to. A manager, I assume, came to the window and instructed me I had to come to the speaker box because (and this is where it makes 0 sense) "they won't have my order until I pull up to the speaker" 🤔
So I waited another 5-7 minutes for my food, and my fries were barely above room temperature and the burger was barely any warmer. Not sure if it's poor management or lack of wits, but either way, it's not a good look. After all, what's the point in ordering and paying ahead of time if you have to essentially wait around and give them my order...

When i know i ordered more than that bag could hold. Manger comes to the window with a. Attitude i tell her whats going on. She throws everything that was made sitting there and left.
