Belleria Pizza & Italian — Restaurant in Ohio

I have only had their pizza to go. It is a decent pie but 2 of the last 3 times I've ordered it was wrong when I got there. Both times the manager went in the back and the idiots lied about what I ordered. I could hear them from the lobby!

The first time it happened, I was having a party and my guests had to wait while it took 15 minutes for the correct pizzas to be made. The lady manager went in the back and asked the kid who took my order why he got it wrong and I could hear him telling her a lie. She was kind enough to give me a 50% discount.

The second time was just tonight. I ordered a 1/2 sheet, party cut, 1/2 hot peppers & 1/2 mushrooms. When I got there, they had made me a 12" round, party cut! The pieces were so small a hamster could eat them! The manager went in the back to ask the girl who took my order why it was screwed up and the ignorant brat lied right to his face and said I ordered a 12" round. I could hear every word in the lobby! He came back out and said they could make me the correct pizza but it would take 15 minutes. My family was waiting to eat, so I did not want to wait. He charged me full price and didn't even offer me a coupon or anything for the next visit. So I guess there won't be a next visit... a-holes!

If you order from these people, be sure to have the hard-of-hearing or stupid person (not sure which) on the other end repeat your order back twice or it will probably be wrong when...

My girlfriend and I order from this cornersburg belleria weekly, and I just purchased a half sheet pizza and a large pepperoni roll. The pepperoni roll was definitely not a large, since we order them often. When I called to let them know, the manager had me on hold for over 15 minutes and said they would make another pepperoni roll but they needed to come and pick up the other one before they make it. She said that the girl didn't stretch the dough enough? So that is my problem? I paid for a large and clearly it was a small. When I told her my girlfriend already cut a piece of it, since we waited an hour and a half on a Sunday night for delivery, she said unfortunately she could not give us what we ordered and paid for because she had a one inch piece of it! I told her that they could come and get it but it was going to be another hour (already 7pm when we ordered at literally 5:27pm). The manager was very rude, she was not willing to help the situation or give an alternative due to the fact that we waited so long and really did it want to wait any longer for the large pepperoni roll. When I told her that we were not going to order from there anymore, she simply did not care, and said "ok thanks bye". The owner should be notified of this "manager". She clearly has no...

I will never order from them again! Such unprofessionalism! We ordered a cavatelli dinner, a large steak salad with EXTRA creamy Italian dressing, and a large chicken salad with regular Italian.... “Jake” who took our order, left off the steak salad... when I called and 31.00 later for 2 meals they said that they will deliver my salad but I would have to pay for it! This female manager told me that because I didn’t pay for it they would have to charge me. Obviously I ordered two different salads because I have two different dressings and had to pay four dollars unbeknownst to me for this extra dressing for which I have no salad to eat with. Keep in mind. “Jake” screwed up my order but they expect me to wait an hour longer to get more food and then to pay for it! As the manager she had every opportunity to make the decision to save a customer instead of lose one, which she did! Also, their menu online states 8.95 for a dinner and she told me it was 10.95, so obviously their website needs majorly updated as well. We USED to dine in and order delivery ALL the time....
