OH MY GOSH!!! The most flaky, perfect consistency, melt in your mouth croissant I've ever had! Everything looked amazing! And everyone is so friendly 😊 It's a French pastry shop owned by two brother's from France and they do all the baking on premises themselves! But be sure to arrive early! There were 10 people in front of me when I arrived at 7 am, they open at 7:30 and the line was wrapped around the building before they unlocked the door! They greet you with a "good morning" and use a small, lined cookie sheet and place everything you want on it from the two cases of delectable, fresh baked pastries then they box it up and take it to the counter where one of the brother's checked me out. Wow! I can see why this French Bakery sells out in a few hours. The Almond Pear Raspberry tart was simply heaven on a plate - bite after bite perfection. The chocolate croissant was flakey and buttery and chocolate deliciousness. It was well worth waiting in line 40 minutes. Welcome back to the area - I’m so happy you came back! Everything here was amazing! I stopped in to grab some pastries for the girls at work and just asked for a mix—every single thing was so good. The croissant with turkey, brie, and onions was my absolute favorite…such a perfect flavor combo. The customer service was wonderful too—so welcoming and friendly. I’m so glad to have something like this in town. We’ll definitely be regulars, and I can’t wait for their baking...
