Subway — Restaurant in Youngstown

We ordered meatball subs. The meatballs looked like they ware rewarmed with very little sauce...I repeatedly got burnt meatball bites in my sandwich...I know that can happen by mistake so that by itself would have been understandable....but they were out of olives and when I went to get my usual cookies, I was turned off by the display of them...They were mixed up, broken, looked like a collection of different batches of cookies...ex a couple looked especially soft and chewy the other of the same kind looked flat and dry...I was just really surprised with the lack of care and quality. I seriously HATE this place! My family and I love subway but we just recently moved this way so this is now the closest one to us. Every time we go in it takes us at least 25 mins EVERY TIME with no other people ordering! There is only one person ever working and they move at their own pace! It is ridiculous My husband doesn’t even want subway anymore and now makes me go to Sandwich factory. Very rude people. Hopefully something will change so we can enjoy...

What happened to the 5 dollar footlongs? I understand inflation and all but ummm... I paid almost 28 for 2 people to eat. I promise you the food is not 28 dollars good.
