Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Youngstown

My order was wrong--which normally is okay because they are busy and it happens, but, that's not why I'm leaving the review. The manager, male, was talking rudely to his staff--was on his phone and not helping them at all. If they had help from him, my order would not have been wrong. Its seemed like one of the girls wasn't feeling well, too, and shouldn't have been working. I feel bad for your staff. I know this family owns most the dairy queens int he area and honestly--they may need to start looking internally before expanding again. Clearly these issues are common but if you change the business ideology from staff up not manager down--they are the face of your company. Take care of those front line employees too get get the most out of your staff. Just noticing some things that may help owners/gm delegate and benefit the business in Austintown in...

Just left the store (7:50 pm Wednesday evening). I ordered an oreo cookie blizzard...they handed me the ice cream and i handed them the money...i looked at it and was like this is NOT acceptable...there was literally NO OREOS IN THE ICE CREAM!!!! They reFUSED to give me the money back even though i never left the drive thru window...they wanted to remake it...like how do you remake something like that????? This has happened MORE than once to us!!! You are cheap, you do NOT put the correct amounts in the food! I will NEVER come there again, we will for now on drive to boardman or north lima for our ice cream, or better yet, we will go to handels for now on....You got my last $4, on a day that i needed comfort food as my cat had to be put down!!! So i hate you people and i hope you die of a long prolonged painful death, you freaking...

Very disappointed. Celebrate dad's 80th and he wants chili dogs. I call ahead to see if there was problem ordering 10. Person on phone said no problem but thanked me for asking. Nice. Get there, place order, takes about 10 minutes which I think means fresh. The bun was so hard and dried out, worse than heat lamp and the chili meat mixture was almost a burnt texture. The hot dog itself was shriveled up with funky looking cheese partially melted.Only fresh was onions. Dad was disgusted after 1 bite. The others ate some of the dog trashing everything else. I was so looking forward to the sweet tasting chili sauce I had come to enjoy. Should have drove the few extra miles to Allie's on Raccoon. I will say the pretzel and sauce were good. A...
