We ordered carry-out from Clay Street twice this week and have mixed feelings. The food is pretty good, so far they have the best boneless wings we've had anywhere else around here.. But the service isn't up to par. Whoever the man is that picks up the phone is very polite, but it seems the bar staff isn't on the same page. The first night my fiancé picked up our wings it took the bar staff 30 minutes to approach him and ask him what he needed after chatting amongst themselves.. Which seems to be a common story from a few reviews. The second night my father in law picked up our wings.. Same thing. Having worked in a bar it's way easier to get your customers out of the way and chat on your downtime.

Now the kitchen.. They seem very disconnected from whoever is taking orders. Both times something was wrong on our wings and the second night we had to ask them to get it right twice. We were very kindly made another batch which was really appreciated. The same man who picked up the phone seemed frustrated with the kitchen staff.

We probably won't be giving the place our business again, but I hope they can take this and address it with each other to do better. It doesn't seem like a terrible place at all, the food tastes yummy and looks clean, and there's potential among the staff...

I cannot express how disappointed I am with this establishment’s complete lack of professionalism and respect. During Trump’s inauguration, they made a pizza with a “border” that divided a “Mexican” pizza on one side and a plain cheese pizza on the other—an insensitive and offensive attempt at humor that mocked serious immigration issues.

Making light of something that affects so many lives is not only tone-deaf but deeply unprofessional. Businesses should aim to bring people together, not fuel division with tasteless stunts like this. It’s baffling that anyone thought this was appropriate, let alone a good idea.

There are plenty of bars and restaurants in the area that treat their customers and the community with dignity. I’ll be taking my business to one of them instead. This was not only distasteful but a complete...

If I could rate the food, atmosphere and service separtly I would give the food five stars and the service a huge zero. We had a party of five in the outdoor area. We all agreed that the waitress acted like she was high as a kite. We hardly saw her, had to clean our own table off and she just generally had a poor attitude. She seemed put out that one of us asked for quarters for the pool table. She pretty much told him he would have to get change at the bar. She didn't seem to be able to do more than one thing at a time and was upset when asked for the simplest items. Back to the food... Wings were awesome and the hot wings sauce is really hot (great flavor). One of our calazones was huge. Drinks were also good, when we...

I visited this restaurant in Austinburg, OH this evening for the first time. It was conveniently located right off of I-90, there was adequate parking, the sign in front was old an uninteresting, it was not immediately apparent where the entrance was on the building, I was not greeted as I entered the restaurant, they seated me fairly quickly, the dining room was old in need of repair, refurbishing, my table was clean, my waitress (the only waitress working at the restaurant this evening, she said) did a good job & told me their specials this evening, my meal (meatloaf, mashed potatoes, & coleslaw) tasted good, not great, the cost of my meal was $11, and they had several TV screens showing sports, FOX News, and a nature channel.

I visited here every day this week as it was the closest food that wasn't a chain. Every single day they knocked it out of the park. Wisconsin alcohol pours made the drinks effective and affordable. The wings, stromboli, cheese steak,......everything ......perfect. The tattooed chef played his stereotypical part of providing perfect food . The bartender was attentive and local. A true gift for the locals. I don't have a single negative thing to comment on. Come here. Your entire stay. You won't regret it. Power went out throughout the entire town...this bartender pulled out a battery backup and it was seamless. Come here. You won't regret it. 10/10
