Taco Bell — Restaurant in Ohio

When it's raining & your allowing walk up at the drive thru because of Covid-19. It would be nice if you prioritized taking the walk up order for the person standing in the rain. Before handing out food to people sitting in nice dry cars. Also since your next to a truckstop when the Covid-19 BS is over it would be nice if you still let Truckers come to the drive thru after you lock the dining room. Since you have shown it can clearly be done safely. You've been doing it for over 2 months.

I was here a few weeks ago & didn't have any problems. So just good to show. Good service, no review. I would have done 1* but I felt I owed you a star from last time.

Edit: I just opened my food & found napkins. Which I told the girl I didn't need napkins or sauce. Which is no biggy to me but your wasting them because they just went...

Tasted like taco bell and the building itself looks like a normal taco bell, The staff was nice/normal and i got my food fast so food and atmosphere are covered....... but.......this store must be managed by a jew or a haajee because they are extremely skimpy with ingredients. The reason I started ordering the cantina chicken Quesadilla over the normal chix quesadilla is because they usually load the cantina with pulled chicken..... NOT HERE i orderd 2 cantina chicken quesdillas and 2 Doritos loco cheesy gordita crunches and I guarantee you there was not an entire oz of meat of all of those items combined. I opened up my quesdillas and only the middle piece had meat in it. Which means they put a teaspoon of chicken folded it and called it good. Same story with my gordita crunches ( pic below) please do better austinburg...

I've grown accustomed to Taco Bell sounding good up until the moment you order it but when you order something and say no tomatoes, I'm allergic and then there is a 2 minute pause from the order taker then they come back with "what was that again?" And you say a "crunch wrap Supreme without tomatoes, I'm allergic." The response shouldn't be "they already started making it..."

Well that was my response. I knew I should have just left the drive thru but my daughter wanted 2 tacos so I stayed in it.

Summary is, I didn't die, I just had to pick off the tomatoes myself but also, that Taco Bell is a bit ridiculous and I'm still a little shocked at the lady's response.

Well, I won't be back to that Taco Bell...
