Will not be ordering from them again, at least not this location!!! Waited over an hour for my delivery (and I only live right down the road) and when I got it it was cold and gross. So I call in to complain and am placed on hold for almost 10 minutes before I just hang up. Call back and this time they just didn't answer. So I go to the store and stand in the lobby for 20 minutes without a single employee saying anything to me. Finally I speak up and the employees, including the owner, was rude to me. One of the managers kept cussing and complaining because the phone kept ringing and instead of answering it she would just mute the ringer, multiple employees would pick up the phone and just place the customer on hold then No One would ever go back and help the customer sitting in hold. Another manager was wearing clothes that should not be worn while working in a place of business, her stomach was hanging out below her shirt....it was disgusting!! My husband and I ordered a pizza tonight because our electric keeps going out and we ordered it like we always do light sauce well done on the crust and when we go it and started to eat it there is NO SAUSE ON IT and so my husband called them to see if they would make it right and he talked to Dan and he refused to make it right and all he would say us you ordered it that way and my husband said we ordered it with light sauce not No sauce and this is the first time it's been wrong since we ordered it this way and we have to ordered that way because if not it's drenched in sauce and you can't even eat the pizza and all Dan could say is well that's how you ordered it and yet he didn't get that there is No Sauce on our pizza and all we were asking is for them to make it right and to make a pizza with sauce in it not loaded with sauce but light. We will never order from here again and will make sure to let it her people know...

Would give no stars if I could. I live ONE street from this place and it takes them over an hour and a half to deliver my small pizza and small sub and my two liter. After waiting all of this time, my food arrives and my two liter is missing. So I call and complain that they forgot my drink with my food, and they offer to bring another one. Not that big of a deal. My girlfriend and I go to eat our food and it is cold and you can tell this food has obviously been sitting for probably at least 30 minutes. So after waiting all of this time and to be missing some of the items I ordered MY FOOD IS COLD. Then they show up with the two liter and leave it on my front porch and pulled off!! HOW PROFESSIONAL IS THAT?! Worst place I have EVER ordered from. NEVER WILL I ORDER FROM CEDAR STREET...
