Really BAD. They get all these new people in there and they don’t know how to make coffee. I asked for an extra large caramel hot coffee with cream and sugar. I get the coffee but it tastes like black coffee. It tasted like there was no caramel, cream or sugar. Then I told the lady at the window it was nasty, had nothing in it and she gave me packets of creams and sugars when we go to Dunkin we expect our coffee to be made properly not with packets of sugar and cream but real caramel because we pay for it. If I wanted regular coffee I would’ve made it at home. The girls name on the receipt is Mackenzie. She didn’t even offer to make me another one. If this situation doesn’t get fixed I’m going to different Dunkin’s or I will stay at Starbucks this customer service is terrible.
