Business online catering order was placed well in advance, for 30 ppl. Spent just under $600.00. The amount of sandwich/wrap’s received seemed inadequate, also missing, a $60 fruit bowl upon delivery. When I called for assistance, the man answering the phone was very short, unhelpful, and unnecessarily rude, which I then asked to speak with management. The manager seemed overwhelmed, extremely aggressive, agitated, and combative, of me questioning the 2 platter servings for 30 people, and ultimately my asking for additional sandwich’s to be delivered, which I would have paid for. She promptly hung up during the call, when I pressed her for an answer to make more wraps and have them delivered. I called back to speak with an owner, I was told someone would reach out to me, again abruptly hung up on. The owner called me immediately, could not have been more kind and apologetic for the poor service I had received from her staff. She made good of an absolute disaster business transaction. She came to the business luncheon with additional sandwiches and the large fruit bowl that was missing from the initial order. She was pure class and handled the misfortunate situation like a pro. Because of her, ONLY , will I order from Frank’s Cafe again.. Word of advice, speak directly to the owners of Frank’s for a large catering order. Manager & staff, unfortunately, could benefit from a basic 101 course regarding...

We travel quite a bit around the state and around the country for various types of food. I can only assume the gentleman who took care of my wife and I was the owner, manager, or employee of the year. Customer service was phenomenal. Genuine care for our experience was tangible. But what would the service be without the food. What I am about to say is a grand understatement: I had the Chicken, Bacon, Ranch wrap, but I also had the chicken blackened and added sundried tomatoes. This was the single best chicken wrap I have ever had taking consideration to my experience including meals from everywhere from small local diners to international 5 star restaurants. Well portioned. Filling. Chicken cooked to perfection. Every ingredient tastes fresh. Spinach wasn’t soggy or wilted. Sundried tomatoes bursting with flavor. This place hit the Apple Maps favorites instantly. If you’re local and you haven’t been there don’t walk run. If you’re not local don’t run drive, fly, speed (kidding for legal reasons). It should also be noted that the vibe was great. Simple. Clean. Good music choice. Although we did not partake in any of the additional products they also support other local small desert shops and the neighboring coffee shop. Don’t take my word for any of this. Go for yourself. It’s important...
Read moreIt hurts me to give this place anything less than a perfect stellar rating. Obviously they try to serve healthy food. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic BUT unfortunately they don't realize that serving hot food in plastic containers is absolutely dangerous due to the fact that plastic starts releasing harmful chemicals the minute you place the hot food in it. And accumulates in your body for the rest of your life. It doesn't matter what manufacturers of plastic containers say, there's NO safe plastic whatsoever. Manufacturers of this crap couldn't care less about your health. Profit is the name of the game, not your health. Do your research (Dr Rhonda Patrick PhD) is a good place to start. I took the container out and because I keep safe paper plates without the plastic coating (from the Whole foods) in my car I transferred the meal to it. It's sad they do this because they deserve to be successful. Goat cheese three eggs omelette with roasted sweet potatoes and avocado...
