Fricker's Springfield — Restaurant in Ohio

3 of my friends and I decided to watch the UFC fight here and while I was happy that they had the fight on nearly every screen that was about the only good quality that this place had going for it.

My first problem was that the waitress didn't know what the different kinds of beer were (couldn't tell me if I was going to order an IPA or lager), no big deal since I know that I can be picky about that. The next problem was the waitress came by about 4 times in the 2 hours we were there, nothing like waiting to get a refill.

Food was OK (had chili cheese fries) but only about as good as you would expect to get from a sports stadium.

The biggest problem was the group next to us. Loud, obnoxious, and rude people who were clearly being over served alcohol. I have no problem having a couple of brews while you eat (or watch a sporting event) but these guys were roudy, and constantly bumping into other customers and shoving each other. The way they were acting would've gotten them thrown out of a bar, but the alcohol kept coming to their table.

I can look past the waitress not being up to date on the beer list or not showing up, but what I will not do is go back to some place that will allow customers to get rowdy and continue to serve them alcohol.

Avoid this place, it is sketchy, they will have some sort of incident involving the police given the action I...

I went here 3 times to give it a fair shot and here’s how it went… First time: food was good but our waitress was never around. This was a random Tuesday so no it wasn’t busy at all. Second time: the food again was decent but the waitress was horrible. At this point I was thinking that’s just how Fricker’s is they make good food but have horrible waitresses. Again this was a random week day so no not busy. Third a last time ever: the food was horrible I got wings that have little sauce on them and by the time the waitress finally came back over so I can ask for more sauce, the wings were cold. Someone else at the table got a burger that was very undercooked but again no waitress so we couldn’t even send it back. By the time it was for us to leave she dropped off the check then disappeared again. So I had to get someone to get her so I could cash out and leave. So no I will not be returning

Also this isn’t on them but don’t sit next to the game room because parents will let their kids go in there without watching them at all. My mother got hit in the face with a ball that was supposed to be in a game. Kid came to get the ball while his parents sat right next to us...

Worst service I’ve had anywhere in probably 4 years. It was about 9:30 and not many customers so this should have been a slam dunk for them to make us happy.

First warning should have been the tables being empty and still covered in empty plates and glasses. Not 1 or 2 but at least 4. The one next to us was not cleaned off in the 45-60 minutes we sat there. Guess this worked out for us and you will see why in a second.

We sat waiting for someone to take our order for 10-15 minutes. The one that did was not even our waitress. Food took probably 30 minutes. We actually discussed leaving as we only had water… guess we should have. When our waitress finally came with food she didn’t bring napkins or silverware and said she would be back with them but never did. By that point we had already been there 45 minutes so we just found some clean napkins on tables that people had left. Burger came out with no lettuce, tomato or onion and she said you are supposed to ask for that but menu said otherwise.

Wings didn’t have much sauce but actually a decent size. That is about the only good thing I could say...
