I was just in for the first time about 20 minutes ago with my brother. My brother ordered first, and the young lady who prepared his food put on a fresh set of gloves, was polite and tidy, showed good customer service. She walked my brothers order down the line all the way to the register. Another young lady emerged from the back with gloves already on from who knows when or what. She had no apron and no hat. She asked me if I was ready to order and I said I was still thinking, hoping she would take a chance to put on fresh gloves, a hat, anything. She instead pulled her cell phone out of her pocket with her gloves still on and proceeded to text right in front of me. The manager, a tall fellow, peaked from around the corner and asked the employee when she would be coming in tomorrow, disregarding the fact that I'm standing in line trying to order food. He is obviously aware of her attire and gave no corrective instructions and showed no concern for my presence as she left the line to speak with him in the back room. The young lady emerged with the same pair of gloves on, and asked if I was "ready to order yet". Two women a Night shift manager names Mwlissa and someone else waites on the same two women for 25 plus mins. When they finally amswed my knocking. They said they were busy, swamped. There were 2 people in the restaurant. They were doing nothing but talking.

Employees have not been trained properly and do not know the menu or how to charge people correctly. Last two times I have been to this location a burrito , chips and drink have cost over $20!
