I typically go here about once or twice per week. They have an amazing staff for the most part and their team is always working hard to provide quick and friendly service. They have made errors before, but are quick to fix them without complaint or argument. Typically they get the order correct and are very fast, despite heavy traffic at this location. I recommend them for a quick breakfast!
Update: I don't understand the thought process behind this building update. It looked nice before and was cozy. Just needed better maintained. It seems like all yoi did was hide your employees. You need to hire more. It takes too long here. They also seem miserable. Then you pay all this money for an update, and still your toaster sucks. Literally under toast or black are the option. I have to tell them to double toadt to gey it toasted. Seriously all that money could have upgraded equipment for employees and improved salaries instead it was wasted on hockey stick shaped door handles. And...you still have...
Read moreAs far as chain style coffee shops goes,I would say that Tim's is par for the course.I hardly ever go inside, mostly just a drive through customer.I am addicted to the dark roast...SOOOOOOOOOOOO good. For the most part,my interactions with drive through staff has been amicable. As with what you would expect with most coffee shops, the prices are a tad more than just your average cup o' joe elsewhere. But,I do believe that you (usually) get what you pay for.If not then that is when I make a complaint. Sadly the doughnuts and sandwiches are not fresh. You can tell that they are all shipped in pre-made/frozen and then just warmed up and pieced together. That being said, they still are not bad, just can't hold a candle to the likes of Krispy Kreme or Dunkin' Doughnuts.Overall,I would say if you want a pretty good coffee though,if you are a local, stop by and give them your business once in awhile. If you are new to the area or just passing through and have never tried a TH's...

The cup had one tea bag, yeah, but it had been either made with all milk and heated in microwave or made with steamed milk. We pull around and my wife went in. She was berated by the manager on duty saying "that is what you ordered". Pretty sure tea should be day one training: hot tea = one (1) tea bag + medium cup...
