Always a bad experience and I'm pretty sure it will be the last at this location.
Multiple health code violations...Poor employee attitude with zero sence of urgency or customer service skills....housekeeping is disgusting...lacking management and leadership...
Started when we walked in the restaurant was crowded and i assumed they were busy..so I initially gave them the benefit of the doubt.
I approached the counter to find a employee standing casually next to the register when I asked if she was ready to take my order she replied..ohh I'm on break ..kinda unsure why she was even there and caused alot of confusion to myself and other customers....while waiting I watched the female employee working the drive through eating nacho fries..and another female employee who was preparing food pick her nose..at this point I should have walked out
then after waiting 10 minutes the cashier had finally showed up with a snarky attitude and looked possibly high or drunk...of course with no name tag...but proceeded to slowly take orders but rushed it along and more focused on her phone that was placed on the countertop next to the register...when she would make a mistake just gave out free product... example on our order we had to repeat that we wanted 2 medium drinks ... she never rang it up and handed us 2 larges ...
After my order was taken and I waited a customer that had just gotten her food returned with errors in her order and had been missing items ... the cashier got attitude and told the customer "if you're in a hurry don't come to taco bell".. it was at this point the remaining amount of customers frustrated defensively stated their cases... as the cashier argued and made no attempt to apologize or write the issue but attempted to point flaws in the customer appearance and insulting our intelligence "for coming to taco bell in the first place" arguing with customers was completely uncalled for and not once did any member of management appear to address the situation for concern of the customer or security of employees
I finally got my order after more than 15 minutes multiple missing items and mistakes
Lobby was disgusting required cleaning tables were dirty and sticky... trash was overflowing... and only clean place to sit had posters and marketing signs laying around and taking up the whole booth... we just took our messed up...
Read moreSooooooooooooooooooo, what can I say about Taco Bell that most likely has not already been said?Well at least about this location in particular.Lets start with the food. It's Taco Bell people, don't expect real Mexican food because TB is NOT an authentic Mexican restaurant. To expect otherwise is sheer lunacy,(or you have just been living under a rock for the past couple of decades). Now,for what it IS,Americanized Mexican inspired food,it is pretty dang tasty.Especially late night when not much else is open.I LOVE the gorditas, chicken or steak supreme...yum yum yum.And let us not forget the ever awesome Doritos Locos tacos.I am more of a soft shell fan,but the hard shells with the Doritos seasonings is just the thing to hit the spot when you are having late night munchies.I JUST got off the phone with a manager there(Sorry man I didn't catch your name as I was busy trying to remember who I was asking about,my apologies) to inquire about a female manager there that I have had good dealings with.He informed me who I dealt with was most likely Amber who works the late evening shifts. If that is so,then Amber is one of those people who still seem to know what good customer service is all about. There have been at least 2 or 3 times that I had my orders muffed up and she happily either replaced them or just gave me some extra free goodies to make up for my trouble.Keep up the good work.(GOOD) Customer service is a rarity this day in age sadly. Now as far as the wait time when you go late at night.SIGHS...step up the game please.ALWAYS a long line and unless you REALLY want your TB fix,you may just give up and leave as they are almost always short handed and thus slow.Takes approximately 10-15 minutes to get from pulling in to the window most of the time. With all that being said.I do recommend this location for it's consistently good food for a good value, and for Amber's customer service.Sorry I could not give it another star.Perhaps when the speed of service in the late night drive through...
Read moreThe recent visit was a mixed one, but I decided to give it 5 stars for the simple fact that: I had to leave the window by the time I got to it to pick up my food I had ordered b/c I realized I had no cash - and I couldn't use my card. I needed to swing down the street to Chase to get money out of ATM. I knew (acquaintance) girl at window, so thankfully, she understood my situation, told me to go get my money, would keep food to the side and then (this is what got the 5 stars---) she asked me if I wanted to take my drink?! Anyone else at the window WOULD NOT have asked//offered. Graciously, I was very thirsty, so i took the drink. The seco=nd reason for the 5 stars is when I left the lot, I talked to one of the cars waiting to order (there were maybe 9-10 cars total, about 7 had not ordered at all yet...they were still in line waiting. Told the driver what was up, she said when I got back, i could hop in front of her to get my food....4 minutes later, I returned, the line had only moved ONE CAR up to the window and there was a big empty space between the van ordering and the one car getting their food, while the other 7-8 cars were still behind the van ordering. My driver I spoke to was two cars behind that van ordering. her passenger, (hubby? bf?) rolled down his window (clearly, he had had a few...lol) and was Joey from Friend's asking me "How you doin.....?" we all laughed, driver said I should hop in front of the van, I thanked her, and up to the window I went. Though it was storming/raining like a tsunami not 15-20 minutes prior and the line was extremely S-L-O-W (like usual at THIS location LATE at night (which confuses me every. time.) this was by far the BEST service/experience at Taco Bell...
