Most horrible service ever. The "Shift Supervisor" Seth was working counter and wow what a treat. So slow does not care he takes forever. Takes one order then takes forever to fill it. Then waits on next person. N so on so on. When i finally got waited on I asked ol seth if there was a $20 tender fill up still and if so whats with it? He says yes they are 3sides and i ordered 2 of these. I pay then wait for what felt to be 15 minutes at least. I finally get my food and get home and its reg chicken. So I left my sides at home and went back to what i thought would be a quick exchange and it took another 15min just to get anyones attention. It was not busy but drive thru timer was quick and within 2-3min an order. But counter is ignored even when drive thru is empty. This guy seth saw me with the bag if chicken and knew i was literally just there but chose to ignore me. One girl comin back feom break asked my issue and I told her but yet she only informed me that the 20 fill up for tenders i said thats fine ill pay a difference i just want my tenders. She then went back to work and didnt inform anyone. The one girl with blue hair then started to help seth with filling orders. So after waiting so long I got the womans attention and discussed my issue. She NEVER APOLOGIZED. Rudely filled the one 12 pc tender and had just 10 for the second but wanted me to wait an additional 5min for 2 pc of chicken. Not give me all fresh instead. So i just told her i can just take a 10pc n lose out on 2 pc for my family is hungry. She said "well you didnt want to mix" i said just the 10 n thats fine. Read moreWent there yesterday, Dec. 2, 2021, to get a bucket of chicken for my husband & I. Later on that nite, both me and my husband had an upset stomach after we ate the chicken. I actually thought I was going to throw up even. They have a new manager there supposedly. When I went thru the drive thru, the new manager even took my order. I told him that I wanted good chicken, fresh chicken, because both my husband & I had chicken many times before there & the chicken didnt taste right. Like they cooked the chicken in old grease. Was terrible and here again yesterday, the chicken didnt taste right. The manager assured us that they have nothing but good chicken here. That he wouldnt lie about that and sell us bad chicken at all. I told him though that we did have bad chicken here before though....... I should go there today & tell him to his face that the chicken wasnt right & didnt taste good, and made us both sick to our stomachs. I paid almost $23.00 for the chicken only to have to throw it away now cause Im not eating the rest of it. No way!!!!!! Please people, go to another chicken place. Not here. There employees arent doing the chicken right here. Something isnt right about their chicken anymore & I dont want to see anybody else get sick from eating their chicken!!! ...
Read moreAbsolute terrible experience. Made an online order and went to pick up my food. When I arrived the inside was closed so I had to wait in the drive thru line. I waited 20 minutes in line before receiving my order. When I got home I found the the order was not all there and that none of the drinks that we ordered had ice in them. Not to mention they were not full. I tried to call the location but got a message that they were busy and could not come to the phone. I drove back to the location and found a worker outside the door. I asked if I could speak to a manager and he said that he was locked out and has been trying to get back in for ten minutes and that they had the phone off the hook. When they finally let him back in he sent the manager outside to speak with me. I explained the situation about the missing food and also the drinks. He said we are having trouble with our ice machine. When I mentioned I tried to call and the phones where not working and that the worker told me the phones were off the hook he told me he was lying. I dialed the number while we were standing there and confirmed the phone was not working. He said for my inconvenience we would give us a chocolate cake. Please start taking pride in your work!
