Do not go in the evening. Now, it is not every night, but there is a manager, a female, she hates her life and the whole world. She is the grumpiest and frumpiest person i have ever met. When she talks it is always rude, she acts like everyone is wasting her time. She is extremely slow, I am assuming because she just doesn't care. Tonight, (about 6:40) we all stood around the register (as usual when she is working) hungry, annoyed, ignored... There was my husband and myself and about 7 other people. I could hear everyone complaining about her. All of us stood around for 20 minutes and fortunately my husband and I got our drinks (our order was incorrect and even though we told her, she walked away and did not fix it or offer to fix it) but she did finally come back to the register only to tell everyone that the dining room closes at 7 p.m. Those poor people waited 20 minutes and then get told she is not going to take their order. I left before the possibility of a mob started. Absolutely do not go through drive thru when she is working. First, you will sit at the speaker and wait 15 minutes until your order is taken. When you finally get to the last window you will sit and wait there forever as well and to top it off your order will be messed up. I don't know her schedule but it seems to be evenings and weekends when she is there. She does not want your business or your money so just steer clear when she is working. (Today is August 21, 2021 and she had black pants and a long sleeve black button up shirt, I was there between 6:30 and 7:15. Read moreI was on my way to work and I ordered from the drive thru and from the start of ordering, I knew it wasn't going to end well! The line wait was extremely long. I told the order taker which meal I wanted and instead of allowing me to tell her the condiment options that I wanted, she loudly blasts "do you want medium or large?" as I'm talking to her. Well, dang how about letting me finish my sandwich options before we determine that!! Then, I move up to pay, then move to next window to receive food. As soon as I received the bag I could smell onions--which I don't eat and specifically said I didn't want! Upon voicing my disappointment in receiving something I had not ordered, and asking for my money back because I didn't have all day to wait, I was told to move up to front door entrance and that order was being "promo'd." I asked how long it was going to take since I was on my way to work, she says "not long." I waited over 10 minutes, not knowing what the heck was going on! I finally got out of my car and went inside to the pick up counter. Someone asked me if I needed help and upon telling her (possibly a manager) what was going on, she tells me, while shrugging her shoulders, "I gave her your money". Ok?-so what does that mean? She asks the person at the window "where is the money I gave you?" It was sitting on a counter, where she goes and gets the folded up bills with coins inside and hands it to me! Read moreIf I could give this place 0 stars I would. Every time I come here they mess my food up and then ARGUE with me about it. The worse part about it, is my stupid self keeps coming back. I used to be a manger at McDonald’s and the fact that their general manager allows their “managers” to speak to customers like that when I was being completely respectful and polite amazes me. And the simple fact that their “managers” doesn’t even know how to ring up an order I learnt how to ring up in my first couple of months is wild. I asked for a bacon biscuit add cheese and nobody not even the manager had a clue on how to ring it up tried to charge me almost 3$ extra dollars for a bacon egg and cheese biscuit with no egg. I tried to explain that there is a bacon biscuit button it’s just hard to find and most people do not know where it is, that if she couldn’t find it or just simply didn’t want to take the time to find it(which I completely understood it’s fast food after all and we have our drive through times) then she could just order it as a sausage biscuit sub bacon add cheese and she completely ignored me, shut the window in my face when I was talking and took 5-10 minutes to figure it out, when if she would of just listened to me in the first place, she would’ve known that I already told her to do that.
