If i could give zero stars i would they lie about having a Manager which is laughable the girl there says she knows what she is doing but doesnt they won't help with the phone they sell you they do not have a proper line of communication with customer service i have gone back and forth with this store over a phone they sold me a month ago that had a manufacturer issue they told me it would resolve itself customer service told me they reset the phone nothing worked the employee at the store told me i would have to pay for a mew phone i called customer service they had me call Motorola then i was finally able to send my phone to them and hopefully get it fixed i still dont know point blank this store doesnt train their employees properly clearly they dont know what they are doing or they sre purposefully yanking you around and lieing to customersGot home just to realize she messed up my plan again! This store needs to train its employees better the whole ordeal has been rediculous i bet if i had bought my phone from another store it wouldnt have...

I don't even want to give this Metro PC store any stars. They try to do shady business with my Sister. Two times in the past year they scammed her into buying a new phone when she didn't need one. First time she needed to see about buying a new charger because hers wasn't charging her phone so the sales associate kept sticking a tool in the port until he broke it. This last time she went into pay her bill and another associate said he could get her bill down to $20 a month with a purchase. She told him no and he wouldn't give her her phone back after he showed her a new one. He said he couldn't give it back to her since she had looked at the new phone. These young men are just the best customer service mobile phone employees I have ever dealt with hands down. They are friendly and kind and actually don't hesitate to put in the time to take care of the issues you need help with. I have dealt with so many phone carriers thru the years these young men have gone above and beyond my expectations as far as knowledge curtacy and effort they are hands down the best I have ever done business with I truly hope their employers know and recognize that.I wouldn't want to deal with anybody else thanks you are truly...
