McDonald's — Restaurant in Ohio

I went early this morning idk like 730-745am and I ordered a large ice Carmel coffee extra Carmel and an ice Carmel macchiato large. The girl at intercoms was worried about what ever was around her then listening as I repeated my code 3-4 times (we was only on in drive thru and inside wasn’t busy) after we paid went and got to the second window and I’m sorry not sure if was male or female (not judging) but they handed me two Carmel macchiatos i politely said this is what I ordered but I’ll try it (I don’t like it but I won’t waste money) I was nice and they rolled their eyes and huff and puffed when I was trying to be nice and I even told them it’s fine I’ll drink it. Then they grabbed the drive thru window with an attitude and pretty much shoved it closed. My opinion is if you don’t like your job find new one don’t ruin someone’s day with an attitude. I wasn’t even mad they made drinks wrong I was more mad with the rolling eyes and attitude from pick up window.maybe they needed coffee themselves. I just felt very unwelcome and treated really wrongly over spilt milk ( bc like I said I was being nice and was just letting them know it was made wrong) I went to check my receipt and I was never given on I feel like everyone should get a receipt even if they say they don’t want it give it to them any ways. Bc to be honest idk what price I even paid and for what so that’s loss prevention issue now. I just hope there day gets better and...

The food is normally wrong. The employees are rude and lack attention to anything other than their phones and themselves. They get paid to make food correctly. For the outrageous amount of time this location takes, they can't even complete a simple order of their signature sandwiches. Big macs with mayo? Their specialty chicken sandwich made with a mcchicken patty and no exaggeration a cup of mayo? Ask for no pickle on a QP and get a handful of pickles? Is it lack of attention to detail or do they find humor in just being blatently disrespectful to peoples food and other peoples money? They always forget to put my kids apple slices and sauce in happy meal. The pop always tastes like the machine needs cleaned or 4 different pops combined who really knows at this point. I normally avoid this location anymore because of the absolutely terrible service.

I figured I'd give them another chance as its been awhile. So I sat at the window waiting for someone to give me my order today for 15 minutes while the girl was taking selfies and as normal you can hear them all yelling in there and laughing and carrying on. Shame I had already paid. Would you believe, after working so diligently on my order for 15 mins it was completely messed up? McDonalds needs to clean shop in that place. I could go on but I think I've made my point.

I would rate the Shawnee Road location ZER0 stars but they make you pick...

Later in the evening of 5-24-19. The service at the drive thru was TERRIBLE.! The only thing I ordered was a Happy meal with Nuggets /Apple juice ... And 2 large fries . The worker at the window talked and talked and tried to talk to me about random stuff while the other workers seemed to be just playing around having a good time ...and then he was about to give me a bag ... But then said the girl wouldn't let him give me my order ... So then told me I needed to pull forward to continue to wait . I waited and waited as I watched car after car behind me sit and have conversations waiting on their food . Finally after 45min later a girl comes to me and asked if I had the salad ? I SAID NO .... I am waiting on a happy meal with nuggets ... so she went back .... and about 10 min later she finally brings my bag ..And said ( I am so sorry but I am working by myself ) . So I asked if my apple juice was in the bag ... And she said wait let me find out if you got an apple juice with that . So then the boy from the drive thru came and asked me what I was waiting on ... I said .... wasn't I suppose to get an apple juice with that happy meal ? And he said oh yeah. . And finally gave me the juice ... (((( I could NOT BELIEVE it took them about an hour to get a happy meal for my grand-daughter ! )))) Definitely NOT FAST FOOD ! POOR TIME MANAGEMENT ! Too much playing around .... Employee's having...
