So I have a family member who shall not be named for privacy who worked at this location. Needless to say their time working there wasn’t too long. From what they told me, the managers are the most scummy people you can imagine working in a Wendy’s. They treat their workers horribly. Including my relative. The way safety was taken care of there is horrible. The inside is disgusting and the reason the inside is never open because no one wants to work here. I personally don’t know how this location hasn’t been shut down for safety hazards. They use their bare hands to make the food and don’t wash their hands either. No sanitation whatsoever.
There was an incident back in April where I ordered food from this wendys where I ordered some spicy chicken nuggets, some fries and drinks for me and my grandfather when he came to visit. I got the ordered and they sent me the opposite of what we ordered. Either there was a mixup at the window with bags, or the employees didn’t care, or my order was sabotaged. We kept trying to get our correct ordered 2 more times and kept getting the wrong order. HOW DO YOU MESS IT UP 3 TIMES?!?! If I was a health inspector and knew how disgusting this location was I would’ve immediately shut it down. WENDYS IF YOU’RE READING THIS, SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN. THIS IS THE WORST WENDYS IN THIS AREA AND EVERYONE I KNOW CAN AGREE WITH ME!!!!

It’s not even the food, which is… sub par for Wendy’s at best.
It’s the general manager.
The exact lady wearing a grey polo today, who threw a fit and started slamming things around the restaurant when the cashier in the drive threw misheard my order. And then had the audacity to charge me for 2 double pretzel bun sandwiches, which luckily the cashier fixed and was honest with me.
The GM seemed too busy throwing a tantrum.
The exact lady, with the grey polo and General Manager name tag, who allowed my food to just sit at the window, and just continued to fill drink orders and ignore me because she had an attitude that she had to fix something the cashier messed up.
If I could have caught her name, I would have. Aside from my fries barely being hot after pulling away from the window and my burger haphazardly thrown together because I had to remind them that I asked for a double, not a single pretzel bun burger.

Went to pick up my order after placing it through the mobile app. The app took my order although they were already out of burgers for the night, as my order went through 25 minutes before 11:00 p.m. (closing time.) Luckily after almost being blown off & driving away without even any info, the manager here, Georgia, made it right. This was after an employee refused to answer me about my order through the speaker, the app instructed me to pick up in the drive-thru. But, when I pulled up to the window I was ignored until I had to knock multiple times. Once my presence was acknowledged (yes, the employee knew I was there) even though they weren't responding. I was then given the cutthroat sign & " we're closed" was mouthed to me.. I tried to tell her through the closed window that I'd already paid for my order & I'm here to pick it up for her to roll her eyes give me a nasty looks, (as If I knocked on the door to her home for a hamburger) Luckily that night Georgia was the manager and appropriately handled the situation.
