Whit's Frozen Custard of Chillicothe — Restaurant in Ohio

It was Mother’s Day 2025. We were in town camping for a few days. Found Whit’s in Chillicothe Oh via Google Maps. Walked up to the door at 8:28 pm, they had lots of people setting outside on chairs. Front Door was locked, lobby closes at 8:30 pm. Three other customers walked up to the same door. We went through the drive thru, they had a long line. Got to the speaker, no one talked to us for 5 minutes, then I said, is anyone going to take our order. The girl was very short with me and said what would you like to order. What kind of drive up service doesn’t greet the customer with hello or some type of greeting . We ordered a Banana Split. Scoops of custard were very small, it had lots of pineapple, very little strawberries, very little chocolate syrup. The plastic boat dish it came in was half empty. Not worth $6.75. We got our order at 8:50 pm, they still had 10 people in drive thru line. We will never visit this...

OMG where has this place been all my life?!😍 My first visit was almost 2 weeks ago, even though the business has been located there for quite some time now, and I'm so mad at myself for not having tried this sooner! It's amazing to have the option of TRULY fresh (not frozen even though frozen is an option for certain items for those who want them) fruit to be added to the frozen yogurt. While it might not be the cheapest like getting frozen treats from some fast food places the little bit of extra cost it SO WORTH IT and I have absolutely ZERO complaints about it. They have something similar to the Blizzard🥶 that Dairy Queen offers but their version is so much BETTER in my opinion due to the sheer amount of options for add-in toppings and fresh fruits and other things of that nature. Their Peanut Butter Madness made Whitzer style is my go to as you always taste the Peanut butter. It beats the DQ blizzard hands down! I can't tell you how many times I ordered a PB blizzard with extra PB and could still barely taste it.

Hot dogs with sauce? Oh yea they have them and they are delicious! And as an added bonus they are actually cooked! When you order one they steam the hot dog and bun and then dress it the way you ordered it. HOT DOG!

Also if you didn't know their milkshakes are out of this world as well. Of course I would recommend Their Peanut Butter ones. ...
