On 3/11/2023 in the morning, I went to fix breakfast for my family and smelled electric. I unplugged my stove and pulled it from the wall and noticed my wall looked to be charred and started to freak. Anyway I called my landlord/electrician to have him come take a look to make sure that our electric was good. He showed up kind of late around 6:30pm or so and come to find out it wasn't our electric it was our stove, the wires were very loose and the whole back part was melted where the wires go in. I freaked out, but called Jennifer Easter, manager of rent 2 own here in Chillicothe after hours, on a Saturday night and this wonderful lady went and got me a brand new stove and delivered it to my house. Her and her husband Sam who also works at rent 2 own brought it in and hooked it up and made sure that everything was in working order. They did not leave my house until almost 9pm. They honestly didn't need to do that, I told them that it was okay and that I could wait until Monday morning for a new stove, but she insisted and told me that I could not go without a stove all weekend long. She really made me a priority and made sure that we were all safe and well taken care of!!! I love the Chillicothe Rent 2 Own. They are amazing people. Thank you guys so much for everything...

I give them no starts they told me if I had 160 that I would be caught up on my stuff and that would pay everything off and I would be good well long story short they just took 300 and something off of my baby dads card I won't ever go thought them for nothing in my whole life every again they are nothing but jokes and like to say they are trying to help you but yet take 300 and something off of someone's card..... Like 160 and 300 and something is a big differences like wow you guys are a joke and I will wouldn't have my own whoever go through them so if I was anyone else I wouldn't go through them...

I absolutely love this rent to own… they are always opening there doors early for me so I can attend there morning meetings… 🤣🤣🤣 aka pay my bill… they are always full of life and always happy.. they work with you on your bill because hey we all know life throws curve balls at us but they are willing to ride the curve with you. I have been going to them for over a year now and there is no where else I would want to rent from… they are always putting the customers first. So if you’re feeling like you can’t afford nice things don’t. Please go see them and they will get you right...
