Tractor Supply Co. — Local services in Chillicothe

This place sucks. Don't have anything, priced to high, the people that work there are like high on something or just don't care about the customers. I will not ever shop at this tractor supply again. The one in Circleville is better in service and they have a little more. But if you drive all that way, why not just go to the place one building over the big R. NO I don't work for any of the companies and never have. I'm just tried of the bs service that comes with going to tractor supply in Chillicothe Ohio. if I could I would only give a half a star. I hope that one day they hire a good manager and he or she hires and trains the staff...

If 0 stars were an option, it would have been my choice. They sold me a $500 item that was missing the main component. I realized the item was missing 15 minutes later and immediately called to address the problem. They were extremely rude and accused me of lying. I didn't realize it was the customers job to inspect the package before leaving to make sure they did their job and not let someone walk out of the store with said item. I have never experienced customer service this bad in my life. From now on, I will spend an extra 30 minutes (round trip) to go to Rural King in Circleville or Waverly. I suggest others...

--- ORIGINAL REVIEW --- Full-time digital nomad here and we like TSC for propane as our 4x 30lbs RV tanks are usually not empty... SO their fill by the gallon is a great option. I also like how I can usually pay outside via tap. Got lucky today and staff was already outside filling for another customer... so...
