Zeppe's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Ohio

We arrived around 830p...ordered from the phone while in the parking lot in front. The signs were lit, except the Zeppes sign. (See photo) Told it would be about 25 mins...ok. Ten mins before 9pm, the front lights go off...all of them. I'm thinking they are closing, as it's dark now, and the place appears dark..I go in, ask if they are closing..no, not until 10pm. Ok...but your lights are all out in front...yeah... we turn them off because nobody dines in late. (Bad store policy...needs to appear open for business so people will stop and order.) Got a half sheet pizza, and Zepporoni rolls... the rolls are pretty good. The pizza was laid out nicely...but very skimpy on meat placement. Taste was like the McDonald's fry person salted it before it was boxed. Sorry...too...

HI, 01/13/2024, there was a browns game going on so i get hey must of been super busy , but..... you can't throw, quality, service and compitence out the window. we orderd 2 lg. toasted itl. subs, veggies, and dressing on side to keep them cool and fresh, nope ,baked it all together, like wet spinich and stewed tomoatoes on a soggy bun, no dressing at all, add a med. pep. pizza, crisp pepreroni, was way over cooked, un eddible. also orderd 16 hot wings and 8 mild, w/ 3 blue. crispy, (no gooie slimy skin) only got 8 of ea. minding their suposed to be JUMBO, they were 2' long at best, overcooked to the point of jerky, at closr to $2 a wing, you expect quality. lastly, all of the food was barely warm. $74.00 +...

Update: The owner Martin reached out and heard us out. He also sent us a gift card. That speaks volumes. Thank you, Martin. We will eventually give you another chance.

Overhyped and overpriced. I ordered a veggie pizza with white sauce. While the toppings were fine, they skimped on the cheese. And the zig zag crust was so hard that it could potentially be broken off and used as a weapon. And the chicken sandwich was so burnt and overdone. It was like filet-o-shoe! Horrible! Talk about not having any integrity about what leaves your kitchen! Shame on you guys! No thanks. And no more delivery unless you...
