The Shamrock Tavern — Restaurant in Oil City

I love this place anytime I go I have the best time ever! The bartender is wonderful knows what she's doing and she just doesn't bartend she mingles around the bar going table to table gather up garbage and empty bottles and while doing so she interacts with the ppls! She's not stuck up or snotty she's very pleasant! And if you have a question she's prompted to answer not just saying I don't know or let me kind out or puts it off on someone else no she answers it and if she doesn't know she finds out and actually comes back! Rachel is the best couldn't ask for a better bartender! The the music and food are great when iam out and about for the night and going from bar to bar I ALWAYS make it my mission to stop at the shamrock at the end of my night to finish...

We ordered some food from here, everything was pretty good except the sub, it had so much mayo on it and was extremely messy. The amount of mayo made the sandwich terrible. One more thing, that bothered me was the person who took the money for our order couldn't count money, she had to use her phone and she checked it 3 times. Now this place is not only sells food, but it's a Bar. You would think that would have been part of her Interview, and they wouldn't want a bunch of people who are dr unk, to get mad over not receiving their proper change. They should at least train her on how 2 count money, so she don't humiliate herself or...

Update: Great food. Personally I just love the gyro so much I get it every time, especially at $5! Good fries and wings too.

Old post: So if you don't like smoke, don't go. It's definitely a bar with a great draft selection but my coworkers and I haven't had any food there...
