Everytime I go to this location there is always an issue. Usually I go thru the drive thru but have eaten in a few times. To dine in the food takes forever to come out and quality is poor. Ordering drive thru I always have to check my order due to the fact that i have driven home to find out half my order is missing. Tonight my kids wanted Taco Bell so I ordered drive thru. 2 chalupas with the new Watermellon Freeze with candy seeds, a #1 with soft taco and another Watermellon Freeze & I also ordered a Nacho Fry Supreme with the Skittles Freeze. I get to the window and am handed the Skittles freeze drink which the lid was not on correctly so it pops open and falls in my lap spilling red koolaid juice everywhere. The lady looks at me and tries to hand me my receipt, no im sorry, let me help, let me get you another one, she hands me a few napkins and continues to try to hand me my receipt & atm card while my hands are covered in slushy. I try to hand her the napkins with slushy and she hands me a paperbag instead. Then hands me my bag of food and closes the window. I get home to find my kids food thrown in the bag. My sons chalupas not even in the wrapper. The outside of his chalupa is broken in half so there isnt even a possibility of salvaging his food. Here i am with my son upset because his food is spead out in the bottom of a bag while his sibilings get to eat. I work in customer service and I have never not cared about the customer or how my place of employment looked to not give a damn when an incident happens. Every time I have a issue with this location I say I wont go back but always try again. I just want it known that these things happen and training on quality check & customer...
Read moreLet me start by saying that my last review about Taco Bell was not such a good review. However, I gave this Taco Bell another shot. It happens the manager Jeanette was working this evening. I simply made some small requests. Which she granted. My tacos were amazing. I asked for extra napkins and you can see by the picture I'm sending I got extra napkins. I asked for plenty of mild sauce. As you can see by the picture, they gave me plenty of Mild Sauce. I also asked for sour cream and it was also in the box. Heather who was the drive-thru attendant was wonderfully sweet, attentive, and very professional. Excellent job she did. The manager (Jeanette) and (Heather) both were wonderful. I was very pleased. Made me very happy and a return customer again. I would like to add I had a service dog with me. Upon seeing my service dog Jeanette & Heather proceeded to compliment my dog telling me how beautiful and wonderful my service dog was. Then Jeanette (the store manager) went above & beyond and got some chicken and fed my dog the chicken As a treat. Wonderful job girls. I'm real pleased, real happy, and the food looked & tasted great. The tacos were stuffed well, and delicious. Thank you for a great experience. Keep up the good work. This is how I like to see a Taco Bell or any other fast food...
Read moreHorrible experience, lobby was closed and the only other place open was McDonald’s so we chose Taco Bell. Sat in the drive through for well over 25 minutes, guessing because I sent a text at 10:50 when we were already there and waiting, and paid at 11:11, then waited another 5 minutes before getting out food at 11:26. Simple order, quesarito, cheesy Gordita crunch and two nacho fries. Not meals either. We get going down the road and the fries are just dumped into the bag, along with a small bag of the cInnabon bites that weren't ordered, only had two of them anyways so...whatever. The cheesy gordita crunch was cold, like cold cold. We just threw it all away. Can't ask for a refund for anything or for it to be fixed because we would spend another 20+ in the drive through and wouldn't get through it before their closing time of midnight. Not to mention watching one of the workers filling up his personal American flag punisher cup with Sierra mist while we waited. From my teenage days in fast food, a personal cup wasn't allowed, and wearing your gloves during that "activity" and probably after without changing them was frowned...
