Burger King — Restaurant in Okeechobee

Horrible service, horrible managers. I help an employee of theirs with rides to work. Yesterday about 430 pm, I approached the counter looking and getting information about the young lady I was picking up. As a manager, Diane, could of replied to me with ok, I will let her know. Instead, she raised her voice and told me that I need to let her do her job because she has stocking to do dishes to do and so on. In front of other managers, staff and customers, Diane leaned over the counter to me and asked me 'do you want to meet me outside?' Burger King these are the faces of your establishment! Apparently according to Sam and Carl, Diane is in the right?! I am a customer and I am a manager of my own store and this is unacceptable. I would like to file a complaint with hr and whomever else I am able to speak with! Nasty customer service! Nasty Managers!! You get paid for customer service not to try and fight customers because you're...

The food was what it was, burger King is burger King where ever you go. The service is a completely different story. Before I could place my order I had to stand at the register and listen to the manager complain to one of the employees about having to work a double. Then he walked away to continue complaining before he would take my friends order behind me. I am quite surprised that he caught any of it through his complaining. Then we used the soda machine and everything that came out of it tasted off.. I can guarantee the machine hasn't been cleaned in quite sometime. Then we get back to our boat and realize none of our special requests were honored, (such as no mayo) and not a single napkin was put in our bags. I guess good help is hard to find, but maybe a more professional manager would do this...

I give it a two star.With all of this Covid going around its best to work with mask on correctly!!I've noticed some of the stuff with the mask under there noise , and even a women with the mask full off(under her chin) . When i received my food we orders a long chicken sandwich , i noticed all they did was give me the long chicken meat but not with the right buns , we Where not explained that they are out of buns ...it would have been nice to know! And when received food no ketchup nor any sauce was given to us and when asked for it ,they seemed bugged giving it to us .even if we said please and thank you...bad customer service. Also soda machine was not giving out the sodas good and we where not told nothing about that as well .! DIDN'T LIKE MY...
