This is the second time in two days that Iâve tried this place. Both times I have had my time and money wasted.
First time I got in line, they got my order super quick and were friendly. I got my order quick until they realized they made my order completely wrong. That is when things took a turn. I ended up sitting there for over 10 minutes while they continued to help 5-6 cars behind me before remaking my drink.
I came back today. I was the second car in line, barista wasnât very personable There were 3 people taking orders, baristas excited to see their favorite customers. I ordered quick. I asked for lite ice on my drink. I waited again another 10-12 minutes with the outside barista 1 foot away from me not saying a word. No update on my drink. No how is your day, cleaned off my drink and handed it to me. I drove off and the cup was filled to the top with ice. PACKED with ice. I had maybe 5 sips of my coffee and it was gone.

   Read moreI must have saw an ad because I wanted this Banana Bread mocha thing. I looked up their business hours to see if they were still open and they were! I scrolled further down to find customer reviews which often spoke of the incredible service they received.
I normally don't ask my spouse for favors but I asked and she accepted. I felt confident she would be fine given the service ratings with her trouble ordering due to hearing difficulty. My daughter decided to go as well since she enjoys Starbucks. They both came back saying the service was awful. They showed up around 20 mins before close and the employee(s) rolled their eyes and had a poor attitude. We've both worked for food service companies and while orders were never fun, it's not a steak and potatoes... it's a blended drink. My daughter said, "I think we'll stick to Starbucks from now on."
You never know when you'll make a first impression, so appreciate every car that rolls through, because it might determine if...
   Read moreIâve been RAVING about the customer service at this location, but today I was extremely disappointed, and slightly annoyed with the customer service. I arrived, and there was only one other car in the drive through (they were being serviced), but as I am pulling up, one of the guys began walking inside. I parked and waited patiently; the staff was inside talking, laughing, and obviously not paying attention to the drive through. The girl who had been serving the other car walked past me, and inside. She came back out and asked if I had been helped and I replied, no. There was no apology or acknowledgement for their poor customer service. She just replied, âoh.. what can I get for you?â I told her that I was good and had changed my mind because of the poor customer service and lack of acknowledgement on their behalf.
