There are some benches available outside the food truck, they were dirty we asked the food truck for some napkins to wipe the table down they said they didn’t have any (but when they gave us the food they were napkins?). The chicken shawarma arabi was ok, for some reason they didn’t put the pickles in the wrap - I lived in Dubai for a period of time and thought this was the signature for shawarma. I asked for extra pickles, they didn’t give me any. Also the fries seemed like they were old (double fried). The falafel was ok, seemed like they were store bought and just fried. My husband ordered the chicken zinger over rice and there was more batter than chicken. I didn’t enjoy it - defo would choose to go to shawarma and co instead.

Really was craving Mediterranean food, ordered through uber eats and was thoroughly disappointed by the food. I understand it’s not going to be the best after a delivery, but i ordered a salad bowl that was pictured much different than the end product. Picture was a smaller bowl, with a good ratio of protein, chickpeas, tomatos, onions, etc. (and most importantly, dressing on the side). What I got was mostly shredded bag lettuce, some grey meat, and GOBS of sauce/dressing. Basically inedible. 1 star because I had to give them something to write this review and warn you from making a terrible choice for your next meal.

It is the best Halal food around. We stopped in after an appointment in OKC I wish they had one in Tulsa. The food was exceptional and the service was patient polite and helpful (everything you want in the service business). Portions were large and definitely enough. The taste of the food is very authentic and delicious so if you get the chance whether your passing through or located in OKLAHOMA CITY definitely check him out. You won't be disappointed he has tables and chairs outside to enjoy the atmosphere also so you don't have to run off or you can take it to go.

So this is a sauce lovers paradise. For the quesadilla it was almost as if they ran out of cheese and covered it up with the creamy garlic instead. When asked if I could get the spicy garlic sauce on the shwarma he said he could just put a cup in the bag. Dipping is not the same as having it on but I'm to easy going to insist on a request like that the first time, rather allowing the chef creation to stand as he would prepare it. As prepared it was typical of the genre, but reminds the old adage just because it comes from a truck doesn't make it better.

We ordered Italian with fries, Arabi with fries and 2 Sandwiches.. The food is so delicious, I didn’t expect that, specially that I’m coming from an Arabic country so I’m a bit picky with Arabic food, but Abu Omar Halal is another level.. I literally enjoyed till the last bite.. the food is enough and satisfying.. The price is fine compared to other Arabic restaurants.. I just didn’t like the fries because they were too crunchy.. the seats weren’t clean, so flies were in the area. The garlic sauce is amazing.

pleasantly surprised! last minute dinner decision as they've had bogo items on uber eats & we'd been putting off trying it. got two rice bowls with chicken & they were amazing - picture was taken a minute after we tore into it but they were very pretty when we opened them. garlic sauce is amazing and all the vegetables were fresh & flavorful. large portions as well, i took a break to write this review and i still have half a bowl! would love to try to grape leaves & lamb sometime
