Arby's — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

Worst experience I have ever had at a food service establishment. I do not frequent Arby's, but my wife does, so she asked me to get a cheddar beef. When I tried to order it the young girl working the register asked me which one and gave me two options. I asked what is the difference. She said she did not know, so I asked again what is the difference between the two sandwiches you told me to select from. At this point she had an emotional break down and ran away from the register. Then another young girl came to the register and I repeated the question, what is the difference between the two sandwiches you are asking me to select from. She told me she didn't know, and that it is not her job to know because she doesn't make them. No manager ar pi understood babysitting these very immature children, so I left. Never been in any establishment with this disgraceful attitude, lack of knowledge for what they are being paid to do, and complete absence of management which made me question what I might be eating. My family and I quickly departed without ordering any food. Eat at Arby's at your own risk and patience...

Hands down the worst Arby's I've ever been to. The food's not bad it's just the service. I moved less than a quarter mile away almost a year ago from Texas. Been here quite a few times. And every single time it takes 20 minutes or longer to get your food. And every single time the soda is flat and flavorless. After last night it will be my last time. I will not be coming back. I don't care if you give me lifetime free food I will not be back.

Two months ago I wrote the above. I totally forgot how horrible this place is. I’ve had a whole 20 minutes sitting here in line enough time to pull up Google Maps get on here and type a bad review. They were out of ice and ketchup, if only there was a grocery store across the street. Oh wait. The staff was not friendly or helpful. I'm being generous with the three stars. My food was ok, but washing it down with warm soda was not good. I will be taking my Arby's craving elsewhere, I'm willing to go further away just for service. The manager needs to realize the crew is letting them down and do some coaching. This is a new store but if things keep up it will be a random vape shop in a year.
