To whom it may concern..Wasn't a pleasant experience, management should go back and watch video between 7:30 pm and 7:45 pm Feb.12th 2024, Gentleman working front register while working drive-thru with headset on Had absolutely no regard for sanitation or hygiene as handing me my cups had his cut thumb inside cup, as orders were being distributed from back and him bagging the orders, he stopped to go blow his nose with napkins and proceeded to bag and handle the food without washing hands, luckily Woman form the back came to bag my order and handle my food while he took order to waiting customer outside, which I felt lucky because I was about to request refund and leave, I am not one to do this, in fact first time to post a review but what I witnessed was completely disgusting, after being relieved that another employee handled my order I still watched as the guy licked is fingers while opening other bags and wiped his face/snot with hands and never once went to wash or sanitize, Not sure if you store has this guy working while feeling ill or not but totally inexcusable for food handling, I hate the fact of posting a review this way but I definitely will not be returning anytime in the near future after this...
Read moreYou can always count on these people to give you stale food. The interview process is just a captcha, are you human? Hired. Skills and intelligence not required. I haven't had one good meal here in 5 years. The same people have worked there as long as I've lived here and you'd expect them to get at least marginally better at their job.. but that is not the case. Putting a sandwich in a toaster is hard work, there are like 3 whole steps involved. That's gonna take at least 8 years of practice to get right. I'm astounded by the poor service, it's genuinely incredible these workers get out of bed in the morning considering how poorly they do everything else. It's never busy though... wonder why? Better not to think about...

One of the the ladies working in the drive through made eye contact but did not speak to me or say anything to anyone else to alert that there was a customer up front. I did not have very long for my lunch break, and after waiting a little longer than I should have, decided to leave. I called the store, and let them know that I was not happy about my experience. The lady kept asking me to "come back in" so she could make me what I wanted. Even if I had the time, I wouldn't have gone back in. Who wants to be treated like they don't exist?
