Arby's — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

I love Arby's you hear me I love Arby's who wouldn't love Arby's right right but let me just tell you right now we had the worst service. On 2/5/ 2021 at the southeast 66th and I35 location rude you hear me rude I understand they was under staff because they told us so they made sure everybody knew that they were understaffed turn the lights off all we could not see the board it was still an hour before they were supposed to close but we still before that hour what is like 7:45 7:50 I don't know but it was close to 8 either way they were so rude time we ordered something and I had a $37 order each, order something they said is that all is that all and I would say no I'm going to have for sandwiches and I want different sandwiches end up getting three of the same and one different anyway no sauces you hear me no sauces I even asked for extra sauce no sauces OMG 4 mac and cheese and no utensils really guys come on I mean this is not right and they try to cheat me out of one when we first left and I had to show them by give them the food back through the window that there was only three when they thought that there were four and then the kid says oh that's our mistake he had one in the microwave making us all know everything was cold to begin with bad service you hear me the management here needs attention I don't know what to say I will still go back this was the worst in horriblest that I ever got from Arby's and I love you hear me I started it off I love Arby's I'll go back again I felt very very unsure whether or not they even cared about what was happening to the food that was being prepared..blah blah blah I could go on and on but I'm not going to but I'm telling you right now all you got to do is pull up the footage and you'll see this was horrible they made me put the food back through the window after they gave me the another Health Food violations thank you people at Arby's at Southeast 66th Street and I-35 in...

Don't eat fast food often. Once every few Months at most. Always order chicken wraps because they're not as awful for your health.

Wouldn't order chicken products here. Maybe their roast beef is good. The Arby's by my house has good chicken wraps but this place doesn't. Chicken quality is just like the bagged freezer chicken strips you buy at the super market and heat in your oven. Poor quality and had a starchy, translucent layer of breading.

Wrap had definitely been sitting out, was cold. The fact I was served my food immediately when there was only one other person in the lobby is proof that they had it sitting out for a while. I came in at 11:30 am so they probably prep a bunch of food for impending lunch traffic. Gross either way.

Dangerous! Do not eat here. They served my daughter raw chicken and then told me "it happens some times" and then proceeded to offer me another batch of raw chicken! No thank you I do not want more of the raw chicken you served my daughter don't want it to "happen" again. Did not give me a refund however I didn't ask for one i was to angry and my daughter was crying! Arbys is a joke. Now I understand why people never eat here!
