Babble Coffee & Boba Tea Bar — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

For my first time actually visiting Babble Coffee & Boba Tea Bar for myself, it was a decent experience!

At a couple events before, I tried the Babble Milk Tea (most likely this kind) from their gallon order. For the most recent one in May, there was around 13 of us. It seemed like a good size and amount for anyone who wanted to try it. I remember it being a little on the sweeter side but not overwhelmingly so.

Since I was in the area today and have been craving matcha, I ordered a small, iced Matcha Latte with regular boba.

Ordering it was quick and easy! I appreciated how the employee, Lisa, asked if more time was needed to look at the menu. The wait time for receiving the drink was not long either. This was around 14:00 with a small group ordering before I did. I noticed more people started showing up after, but they seemed to receive their drinks rather quickly too.

The interior was spacious and had a variety of seating options available. For the most part, it looked clean.

To see how the Matcha Latte was, I got it with the regular sweetness level. Personally, I would lower it for next time, but it was still alright! The matcha flavor was somewhat light yet still refreshing. It was not the best matcha I have had, but the taste was of adequate quality. Also, I appreciated how there was not too much ice filling the drink which made it easier for me to get to the boba!

For what I got and the small size being around 16 ounces, I would say it is not bad for $6.46 (after tax). It was comparable to other places I have been to prior.

Babble Coffee & Boba Tea Bar also has a stamp card where the 11th drink is free. It is important to note that this is not valid for any other promotions or third party apps or orders (like DoorDash and Uber Eats).

If I happened to be around the area, I would love to try this...

Before today, I had never been brave enough to venture into the world that is boba beverages and/or coffee, but after visiting Babble with my wife and kids, I can safely say that my opinions are forever changed. When we first got there, the atmosphere was impeccable and the service was second to none of any place that I had been previously. The lady at the counter, Em (yes pronounced liked the letter🤣🤣🤣 I even had trouble saying it at first) was more helpful then I could’ve ever imagined. I thought she would’ve judged me for my lack of coffee knowledge, but she did a everything but that. When I told her that I was a chocolate FREAK and that I didn’t care for the bitter taste of a normal warm cup of coffee, she gave me options as to what coffees that I would like based off of that little information. She suggested to me a drink that I think she called an iced mocha and I’m going to be honest, I was very skeptical about iced coffee because to me those things don’t seem like things that should mix, but let me tell you it was GOOD, I could’ve easily had like 6🤣🤣🤣. It may be a little sweet for some, but the average drinker would thoroughly enjoy it. The misses got herself a lavender milk tea with boba (TBH I didn’t know what a milk tea was but realized it’s just another name for a Boba drink). I’m gonna be honest folks, I’m not a big lavender fan so although I could appreciate the taste of it, it’s not something that I would get considering I don’t like lavender (not my cup of tea😉), however my wife LOVED it which made me happy. Babble is the best place to get your boba in OKC. They have different beverages like teas lemonades, ECT. Huge selection of various choices…from matcha, to fruity, to savory, to sweet and spicy and chai. Chai is the best chai I’ve ever had. Starbucks has lost all of my business!! Boba tastes perfectly fresh at Babble. Over everything else…the customer service is out of this world! Sweet people who are running a small business who have hired an excellent team. They are the type that remember who you are and what you want, before you even have to tell them. My 8 yo daughter loves babble to. We go there very often. Also as a plus…the food is fantastic. They don’t have a huge menu but what they offer is great. And they have amazing French fries FYI. And some unique sweet treats. Unless something crazy happens we will always be regular customers :) love the people, love the drinks, great energy. It’s a happy part of my day. If you haven’t gone yet…..go. Go now! I order an iced chai and it’s the best iced chair I’ve ever had. Since I babble, I never go anywhere else for my chai. No one compares. I’d rather give my money to babble bc they deserve it.
