9.18.25 Ughhhhhhh!!!!! There is always 1, and Felixx is it!!! We as consumers would love it if team members would please listen to reasonable request. My 1st request was packets of sauce. When I arrived at the window I saw 4 pkts in the bag. I then asked for a handful. He picked up the huge box and commented was this enough. At the time, I thought he was joking. I laughed. He added 2 more pkts. I asked for more, he gave me 2 more. Huh??? I asked his name and stated that I would give a review. Did this location hire a sauce packet police???

Despite whatever comes your way, continue to serve as the best you!! Great customer service will carry you a long way!! It is my hope you never lose that infectious smile.😄 Note: Always share with a trusted source those things that may bother you. Do not allow it to bottle up inside; it will turn that smile upside down. In my interaction with you, you were very respectful. There may be times you encounter rude customers; try not to take it personally. If they want food so bad, they could have gone home and cooked or prepared for whatever meal they visited your location to pick up 😂🤣 Stay humble and have fun!!! This is your step to where you decide is next!!! Keep up the good work!!! Keep being the best you in every aspect of your life!!! At times, that may seem hard, never change being you for anyone!!! Maybe the franchise needs to use you as an example for training others in the window. Fun fact: I have not visited this location since 2.23.25. I will be honest, in the past, I have not visited unless I needed help with going to the bathroom. I can say that I do not know what you have done differently; it did not affect me as time passed. Read moreEvery time I visit this location I have an issue, either they are out of multiple things, order is wrong or missing food or it takes way too long! The most recent visit took over 40 minutes, 40 MINUTES and that was after entering and paying for my order through the mobile app!! I pull up to window 6 minutes after I had advised I entered my order through the app, a younger lady dressed like a Mgr asked me to pull forward because they had to cook my apple pies, she advised they hadn’t even dropped them yet!! Why?? I pull forward, 10 minutes later they bring out my pies but nothing else, I wait another 10 minutes and they bring out someone else’s order to me, i then wait another 15 minutes for them to finally bring me my correct order, which means yeah my apple pies are now super cold since I received them 25 minutes earlier, but I wasn’t taking a chance of having to wait even longer for fresh hot ones! This experience was beyond unacceptable!!! One other thing I want to mention Incase the owner reads this, every time I go there I get a bag full of sauces which I end up throwing away because no one really needs that many, I can only imagine the amount of money wasted on these sauces! To the owner, you need to spend more time there at night and on weekend nights because I’ve had too many negative experiences during those times!! Always friendly, foods hot and 9/10 they don't forget the sauces. However, 3/7 @ just before noon...idk who was sabotaging yall in there, but man...they did EVERYONE dirty. I know some places are picky bout their timers. Pulling 1 or 2 people, maaaaybe even 3..but 5 and counting? First 4 of us waiting 10+ minutes when #5s order comes out. Then 4, 1, 3, and 2, causing Quite a back up in the small parking lot. One more car in line and we would have been grid locked; couldnt exit 2/3 exits already bc it. This wasnt much an issue in itself, but being stuck in direct sunlight for over 10 minutes did iritate the situation. Yet..what really did me in was finally getting home, inside, and cooled off just to see how this was [quite literally] effortlessly made.. Beans ALL at one end, meat ALL segregated at the other, facing off at the frontlines of a land grab. My options were A) completely disassemble and reconstruct carefully with hope of not destroy it in step 1 or B) force down the sustenance I just spent hard-earned money on, as a Phat Mouth Full of Pure Meat, followed by straight bean chute.. Lets just say, I hate messes and dirty hands more...
