Mazzio’s Pizza & Wings — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

This is my post, 11 Days after my comment card (shown in text below) was sent to corporate offices and the store. I guess NEITHER THE MANAGER, NOR CORPORATE STAFF, CARE. I have yet to be contacted by my E-mail, given for comment card response to my order, OR my phone number, tied to my ONLINE ORDER tied to my E-mail. Without any contact, much less any kind of an apology, for what you will read below (WARNING: It is lengthy as it details a full hour plus of what happened on March 17, 2021) I must begin my next paragraph.

SO.... At this time I plan to boycott them and start a campaign against this particular store specifically. Any other people on here interested in contributing their stories to my web advertisement warning others to stop spending money please contact me. I don't want to take comments without consent. Let's teach Corporate America that regardless of food quality: people won't be ignored, treated poorly, or live in squalor and allow their stocks to thrive. We can vote with our money and watch their stocks plummet. Who's with me???

THE COMMENT CARD:

This was a sad excuse for food, much less the items I ordered, I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

I had quit eating at any of their establishments since the loss of the Cinnaboli from the menu, when a manager refused to make one, and my contact with corporate was futile.

I decided to give them another chance, I ordered my Cinnaboli, along with trying the new NY Pizza. BUT...I Ordered delivery which I guess their team can't do either. I received my E-mail receipt telling me 30-40 minutes. I called at 45 minutes. I was told " It is out for delivery and should be there in the next 10-15 minutes." I replied with..."Were they late making it or will it be COLD when it gets here???" Response... "It'll be fresh."... I could only say OK. The Girlfriend is diabetic so I couldn't go somewhere else OR I WOULD HAVE!!! It FINALLY arrived at 1 hour and 5 minutes (65 minutes) 《25-35 minutes LATE》FIRST strike

I grabbed the boxes and it seemed a little cooler than they should've been but they were WARMISH. SECOND strike

Open them in kitchen and the condensation has made EVERYTHING SOGGY.     THIRD strike

Start setting out SAUCES (THAT I PAID FOR) FOURTH strike I got my Bleu Cheese, I got my icing, BUT... THERE was supposed to be TWO marinara sauces BUT ONLY GOT ONE.

NOW... STRIKE FIVE It all tastes like crap. The moisture made pizza AND cinnaboli DOUGHY.

Flavor has been messed over much like eating a sandwich picnic left on the table until AFTER A TORRENTIAL DOWNPOUR. At this point I do not believe I can offer much hope to try AGAIN. I would've scored a ZERO OR PARTIAL star if I could've.

I guess we'll see if the local manager, much less the corporate office...

Seriously a pizza placed that is waaaay overlooked, although I don't know why!!! I ordered a several pizzas including a cauliflower crust pizza and was very impressed! LOADS of toppings (unlike other places that are about the bottom dollar and not about quality/quantity) and their cauliflower crust with the Greek pizza is to die for! So so so delicious! I'm sooooooo pleased that they also offer keto pizzas aka all toppings in a container. I've told all my friends and they cannot wait to order anything from there!! I will ABSOLUTELY order from here before Papa Johns and Pizza Hut.....Mazzios still values quality over quantity......the toppings speak for themselves......they CARE.....Quality. If you think it's pricey.....you absolutely get more than you pay for...especially with "competition" who do the very least and just throw on some cheese and toppings to meet the VERY bare minimum.......for some "cheap" specials......I now believe their "cheap" specials....it's obvious in the food.....i so ♡ mazzios for trending with the (keto inspired) market! An oldie but a VERY WISE goodie. Do yourself a favor and order here and not get half topped pizzas. I'm all in Mazzios. You've won me! Please get garlic butter and we'll be bff's...

The friendly staff is 5-Star worthy alone! Great salad bar with large variety of nicely arranged fresh ingredients with every dressing & condiment one would likely think of & then a few more! Of course Mazzios knows there way around a pie so however you like yours, it will not disappoint! Particular kudos to Andrew, manager on duty during my last visit for the very professional (ie. discretely transparent) extra assistance he provided in comfortably situating my wheelchair-bound Grandmother. Her ancestry is some small part Italian (which she always loudly proclaims is Sicilian whenever we are eating Italian!) Grams is a pill (with a touch of dementia) and when she started talking with a phony Italian accent, Andrew followed suit & it was a hoot! If i had a nickle for the number of times since that outing I've heard her tell her friends at her retirement community or church about "That cute young Andrew from Mazzio's and the old country"... A little extra initiative and a big dose of kindness went a long way that day!...
