Braum’s Ice Cream & Burger Restaurant — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

I went to this location for the first time and it was easily the rudest service I have experienced at any Braums, or any other fast food place that I can remember. None of the employees were courteous and all of them made me feel uncomfortable and out of place. Then to top it off the guy working in the grocery part wasn’t paying attention and just about ram me over when I was leaving causing me to have to do some fancy football type move around him and I have been dealing with a knee injury that I sustained at work in august. I just returned to work and am still having big time issues with it. Needless to say my knee is killing me right now and I have to go back to work tomorrow night. To top it off he didn’t even say excuse me. Whoever runs this location needs to find more courteous employees, or train their current staff much better. Maybe if I go to the doctor because of this I’ll send them the bill then maybe they’ll hire quality staff members. 1 star is way too generous. I will not be coming back to...

Horrible customer service! Husband and son went to dine-in a few days ago. When they left my husband decided to smoke next to our car before getting inside with our son. The day time manager with the creepy mustache came out yelling at my husband and telling him he couldn’t smoke there. If he would have politely asked for my husband to move further away, it wouldn’t have been a problem but even my son says the manager was rude. Tonight, we decided to give this location another chance. Ordered 2 shakes and a sundae. Asked to pull to the first window. We waited and waited and waited, but nobody came to the window so we could pay. Pulled forward to the next window and given attitude because they had to take our payment there. One of the shakes was so packed full, the lid was popping off while we drove home and ice cream was everywhere. Also, the sundae had only two cherry stems but no cherry. Horrible location with...

I recently visited Braum's Ice Cream & Burger Restaurant and had a wonderful experience. I tried their Reese's peanut butter ice cream and it was absolutely delicious. The ice cream was rich and creamy, with generous swirls of peanut butter and chunks of Reese's cups. It was a peanut butter lover's dream come true!

I also tried their milk and eggnog, and I have to agree, they are the best I've ever had. The milk was incredibly fresh and creamy, and the eggnog was rich and flavorful, with just the right amount of spice.

The restaurant itself has a charming retro vibe, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The prices were also very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food and drinks.
