Panda Express — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

I ordered a panda bowl with noodles and vegetables only as well as an ice water. I have been to this store before and every time I ask for an ice water I receive a very small cup. This time I asked for a bigger / normal sized cup of water and I was told they would have to charge me for it.... $0.49! SERIOUSLY? WOW. Also, being that I was there fairly early in the day (11:32 am), I expected my food to be of decent quality / fresh. Boy, was I WRONG. The noodles tasted like absolute rubber. I wish I had checked the food before leaving....you'd think I would've because this is not the first time the noodles were absolute garbage. Thanks for a sucky lunch Panda Express! Guess I'll have to start going to an ACTUAL Chinese restaurant with actual REAL quality food instead of your garbage and $0.49 cups (apparently so valuable that you feel you must charge for them)... when, in all actuality I just paid $6.39 for freaking noodles and vegetables. If I could give this terrible store -5...

Went through the drive thru with my husband yesterday. Aside from the cashier's less than pleasant attitude, they were out of -chow mein -honey walnut shrimp -sweet and sour & soy sauce (The two actual food items are what my husband always gets) and I like the sweet and sour for my rice and spring rolls. However it's fine that they didn't have those items, we continued with our order as usual, (my husband ended up barely touching his food)but what's not fine is that about 2 hours after eating I was tied to my bathroom toilet and had a splitting headache. -.- and when I told my husband he said the few bites he didn't have didn't sit well with him either. I probably wouldn't even have gone through the effort to review though, if it weren't for the male cashier's distasteful attitude. (Like how are u more upset than the customers ordering? Especially when we are being understanding of our usual food not being available and still paying around $24 for a poor...

First time using the app to order online. HUGE mistake there. Had I come inside and saw the food, I would've turned around and gone somewhere else. Placed an order at 10:45am, for an 11am pickup. Apparently, when you order first thing in the morning, you get last nights reheated left overs. I took a couple bites, and the food was lukewarm at best, rubbery, and sticky. Like ... pulled out of the fridge and reheated type sticky. The Apple Pie Eggrolls? Not edible. Burnt beyond being even considered as a viable food source. Why are part of the crab rangoons undercooked and smushy while the others are cooked right?! My dog wouldnt even eat the plain chicken. She spit it out, as it was too chewy for her. We love Panda Express, but this was my most disappointing experience. Do better! People spend their hard earned money to support your business and in return, you serve them...
